Breeding season for any animal species translates into that species becoming more territorial and defensive which leads to domestic pet and Wildlife conflict.

One of the biggest issues for the dingo is that people do not like the predator carnivorous animals .
People complain about goshawks pythons eating their chooks and eagles plucking lambs and of course our dingo .

The law states that all dogs and cats remain on property contained
This serves as a purpose for the domestic animal to remain safe and for our Wildlife to remain safe

Please learn how to coexist with predator species such as pythons goannas dingoes quolls and the flying predators.

Woke up to cruel words of violence on cats on fb from wannabe hillbilly’s.. the hate they spew on cats is pure evil.

I know of dog people up in #mainarm that think killing foxes and cats with bows and arrows is justice while their dogs go off on hunting spree with other dogs..

The farmers blame the dingo and the cycle of hate and abuse continues..

I never liked cats until I adopted my ginger boy who has taught me that you can train cats and they are incredibly responsive to your emotional needs.. their purr frequency is scientifically proven to heal bones and soothe us.

Educate don’t hate…

To the folks that let their cats roam.. you are causing great harm to wildlife and to cats.. please be logical and responsible …
Dog people you too need to pull your head in and contain your dog..
Wildlife need to live a peaceful safe life.

Please stop hating cats and educate the owners.

Flying fox season begins..🦇

if you find a baby flying fox or an adult flying fox all alone during the day and night especially for baby flying foxes please call your closest Wildlife group and please stay with the bat until Help arrives.

Praying this season is kind to the Bats 🦇 across Australia but the heat waves are kind of scary because they decimate the population which they did in Victoria last year.

We love you Batties!

This is one of our beautiful and misrepresented and misunderstood local Rainforest Dingoes..

This is baby Waru who was orphaned in Byron hinterland due to people not understanding that black dingoes are NOT ‘wild dogs’

Thank you to the women that I know because she helps advocate for our local dingoes!
I forgot her name but thank you for caring and stopping and calling for help..

While we were looking another lady was walking the road and stopped to help us and she actually found the Python!

Sadly, the Python had already died💔

Please drive watching the road and don’t assume every stick on the ground is an actual stick.

Who wants to Join me in bringing in some changes to support our wildlife ?

1- Roads and maritime get them to adopt a wildlife driver aware as part of their driving classes!

2- RMS to give away SHOO ROO with every car registration!!

3- Teach kids at school BASIC wildlife understanding so parent learn to DRIVE WILDLIFE AWARE!

4- Lean first aid for WILDLIFE!
