Years of trails leave their mark.This Toyota Land Cruiser 80 series came in with heavy pinstriping and paint that had lost most of its gloss. Step 2. Full install time. 👌A few weeks ago we tested a small sample on this 4th gen Tacoma to see how well PPF could hide the trail pinstripes.The owner was honestly shocked by the difference.Fast forward to today… the full bedside is now protected, and the paint looks clean again even in direct sunlight.No polishing.No repaint.Just DIY paint protection film installed right over the existing pinstripes.This is exactly why testing a sample first can completely change how you see PPF.We still recommend a paint correction (polish) in this case, but hey, you get to decide ! How easy is it to remove our PPF kits? Well… you tell me.Quick removal tips: 1. Warm the film(heat gun, hot water, summer day in the sun…) 2. Lift a corner, then peel slow and steady 3. Pull low and smooth, not straight up 4. Some people detail their trucks for the weekend. Personally, I prefer a different kind of paint job. 🌲💦Took the Bronco out to play in the backwoods and found a decent little creek crossing to clean the undercarriage (and immediately dirty the side panels).
