Happy birthday to my ride or die 🤍
Life hits different when you have someone who truly gets you. Grateful for you today and always. by @wilfredomramos

Dm “REVUP” to get started. by @wilfredomramos

Marsha DM’d me almost 2 years ago, in her late 50s.

From the outside, she had it handled…
a team who counted on her and a family who needed her.

On the inside, she was second-guessing every decision. Her words:
“I felt like I was constantly second-guessing myself, which made it hard to lead effectively or stay grounded at home.”

Over the next year, she broke the limiting beliefs that kept her stuck.
Her relationship with her husband, her employees, and herself changed.
And 54 lbs came off along the way.

She wrote:
“I am so glad I DM’d you Coach almost 2 years ago. So many of those fears above trapped me as well, I no longer have those fears and am so incredibly happy about my decision to reach out.”

If you feel stuck even though you’re doing everything right, comment STUCK and I’ll send you my checklist to find exactly where you’re stuck. by @wilfredomramos

Siesta Key, you wet, cloudy, miserable little bitch. 🌧️😂🍹

Dre Dre, I love you so fucking much. ❤️ I’m so proud and grateful to call you family and one of my best friends. Even when Mother Nature personally attacked your vacation plans and you were pissed off at the weather for approximately 97% of the weekend. 🤣🤣🤣

But like I told you yesterday, it’s not always about the weather, the location, or whether the sun decides to show its damn face. It’s about the people you get to share those moments with. And I wouldn’t trade this weekend with you for anything. ❤️

AND THEN THERE’S MARY. MARY, MARY, MARY. 😂❤️ I came to Siesta Key to see you, and holy shit, you are one of the coolest humans I’ve ever met. The vibe? IMMACULATE. The laughs? ENDLESS. The drinks? Apparently strong enough to make us forget that cameras exist. 🥂🤣

We literally took ONE picture. ONE. Before the drinks started flowing. And honestly? I fucking love that. No documenting every second, no worrying about the perfect photo, just being present, laughing our asses off, and making memories we’ll probably piece together later. 😂

Mary, I’m sorry we didn’t get a picture together. Apparently, once the drunky-poos kicked in, photography was no longer on the agenda. We’ll fix that next time. Love you already, girl. ❤️

And because the universe has a wicked sense of humor, guess what? 🌞 THE FUCKING SUN IS OUT THIS MORNING. Blue skies. Beautiful beach. Gorgeous weather. OF COURSE. NOW THAT I’M LEAVING. 💀😂

Took a little stroll down the beach this morning before heading back to Fort Misery (Fort Myers, for those of you who don’t speak my language 🤣), enjoying my complimentary sand pedicure.

Would I have loved some sunshine yesterday? Absolutely. Was Dre entitled to her weather-related emotional support session? Probably. 😂 But would I trade the people, the laughs, the drinks, and the memories for a picture-perfect weekend?

NOT A FUCKING CHANCE.

Love you both. ❤️ Life is really about the people who make even the rainiest, messiest, most ridiculous weekends worth remembering. And sometimes the best memories are the ones you were too busy living to photograph. 🥂❤️🌧️🌞 by @wilfredomramos

Happy 40th to our best friend, our sister, our family, our Rosebud. ❤️

Getting to celebrate you yesterday was so much fun. The vibe was perfect, the people were right, and honestly, it was just a really good night.

I love that somewhere along the way, “best friend” stopped being enough. You really are family to me, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I’m so grateful for you, for all the laughs, the memories, the ridiculousness, and everything in between. You’re one of my favorite humans, and I hope 40 brings you a whole lot of good things.

Love you, Rosebud. ❤️🥂

P.S. The second picture is the only photographic evidence I have that I was actually there. 😂 by @wilfredomramos

With the fam! Supporting the bro at his gig! by @wilfredomramos

If you know me, you know I call her Reba McIntyre 😂❤️

She’s my roommate’s Great Dane, but let’s be honest… she’s kinda my dog too. 😂 She’s not technically mine, but somewhere along the way I became her adopted dad, and I’m absolutely okay with that.

There is something about walking through the door and seeing this gorgeous girl waiting for me that makes me smile from ear to ear. She hangs out in my room, comes to bed with me, and somehow makes herself right at home. 🥹❤️

Animals really are better than people sometimes. 😂

I’m so grateful my roommate lets me love this big-ass beautiful girl like she’s mine. Reba is the coolest shit, and I fucking love her. 🐾❤️
