POSTS STORIES REELS

My name is Will Alt. I spent my first two years after college working in the healthcare sector, specifically inpatient rehabilitation, and took the advice of so many of my incredible patients to go travel. I spent half a year in South America and came back wanting to continue my passion of helping people achieve their goals. First Weber, a company for which both of my parents have proudly worked for, has given me that opportunity. My approach is client centered, emphasizes consistent communication, and places significant value on the relationship created during the process of real estate transactions. I am confident with the vast resources First Weber, the experience of myself, and tenured peers we can achieve your goals. Let’s connect and get to know each other. by @will.alt.mke

This is the start of something new for me.

Over the next few months, I'll be training for @the_runners_circle, Final Loop, while raising funds and awareness for Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin through the support of the First Weber Foundation.

As a First Weber agent, I'm proud that our brokerage's associated nonprofit main goal for 2026 is to help fight hunger. This campaign is my way of contributing to that mission while challenging myself in one of the toughest endurance events I've ever attempted.

I've never organized a fundraiser before, so this will be a learning experience from start to finish. Along the way, I also want to better understand the reality of food insecurity in the Milwaukee area and use this platform to share what I learn with all of you.

I'll be accepting donations through September 18, the beginning of The Final Loop, and I hope you'll consider being part of this journey. Whether you choose to donate, share a post, connect me with a local business, or simply follow along, your support truly makes a difference.

If you'd like more information about the campaign, partnering as a local business, or making a donation, send me a message—I'd love to connect.

Thank you for following along. Here's to every mile having a purpose. 🏃‍♂️💚

August you were good to me, my business, and my loved ones. Thank you.

Closing on this mixed-use property checks off one of my big five goals for 2026 of having my own commercial listing. Whatever your situation is always remember to keep chasing a dream and fighting to hit your goals.

Some on trail, some on pavement. Some with company, some alone. All with a purpose.

Much appreciation to my friends and family who I got to spend time with and unfortunately those who I didn’t. When you have two jobs, are building your own business, organize monthly social experiences (with help!), and are in the midsts of training for an endurance event free time becomes sparse. I am so thankful for those who put time aside for me, and allow me be apart of their space when I often can’t offer the same in return.

I am so thankful to have groups based here in MKE that revolve around connecting people and fostering community.

Even though life is hard I am thankful to be here. I hope to keep the standards high and make you; my friend, my client, my family proud.

Went and saw this Rufus guy with pookie and friends.

First Webers Social Media Content Special did a fantastic job of getting some footage of me regarding my Miles Against Hunger fundraising campaign for @feedamericawi

Unfortunately I didn’t have the best hair day. However, having access to content specialist free of charge at anytime to help create unique high quality pieces like this is one the many reasons @firstweberinc is simply the best brokerage.
