This year was an interesting one. The highs were amazing, but the lows were really bad. However, I had some of the greatest people by my side through them all, and I couldn’t be more thankful for them.

Beyond blessed for all the adventures, obstacles, new friends, and memories made this year!! Onto 2026!! 🫡🫶🏼

Did someone say PR Week??

Tbh this was my best PR Week ever, and I’ll let the stats prove it:

Deadlift - 405 —> 435 (+30)
Back Squat - 📣 375 —> 405 (+30) 📣
Bench Press - 260 —> 275 (+15)
Powerclean - 205 —> 215 (+10)

Also, I decided to add some flics, gotta improve the confidence alongside the weight, which is the best part of the journey!!

No way I posted back-to-back weeks 🤯

PR’s were something else frfr, but I’m happy with the turnout (for the most part)

Deadlifts: 📣 405!!! (+20)
Back Squats: 375 (+10)
Powerclean: 205 (+15)
Bench Press: 260 (Not Shown cuz I failed 265 & 270 💀😭)

Also, why not throw in some progress pics as well, and maybe a lil blooper 👀 Anyways I’m really stoked for what this year has in store for my fitness journey!!

PR Week is officially in the books, and here are the results:

Deadlifts: 355 (+20)
Back Squat: 345 (+15)
Power Clean: 195 (+10)
Bench Press: 245 (+20)

Beyond blessed to grow and get to where I’m at now. Only up from here 😤😤

2023 in a Nutshell

This year was a tough one for me mentally, NGL. Trying to heal and improve is easier said than done, especially during the moments when you feel like there's no progress.

Looking back though, it's crazy how much I have grown and changed, especially with my physique, which has been my biggest goal this year and will continue to be for years to come. I can easily say that the gym saved me, and brought back some joy and purpose that I had lost.

However, with all that, I'm happy with where I'm at currently, and I'm stoked with where this upcoming year has in store. And I'm beyond thankful for those that stuck with me this year, both new and old friends.
