A winner of our Summer Giveaway, he’s been hooked ever since. Adam trained 3 days a week and played baseball the other 4, all Summer, and backed it up with his nutrition.

Huge shoutout to my guy Schep. Long overdue post.

@will.schepel is the absolute man. Over the time we’ve worked together, he’s added well over 10 pounds of muscle to his frame, become significantly more explosive, developed into a more dynamic athlete, and grown into a confident leader.

He loves to ask questions. To some coaches, that might be their biggest nightmare. But his hunger to understand the why behind everything is one of the things I admire most about him. He doesn’t just want to do the work—he wants to understand it, own it, and become better because of it.

Proverbs 27:17

That verse reminds me of Will. He has challenged me, pushed me, and forced me as his coach to become the best version of myself every single day. For that, I’ll forever be grateful.

He has a positive impact on everyone around him. An infectious smile, a relentless work ethic, and results that are undeniable.

Schep, continue to be you. Stay hungry. Stay humble. Keep asking questions. Keep pushing those around you to be better.

Forever proud of you, beast. 🥩 by @will.schepel
