What a season…

Highs, lows we had them all.

What a pleasure to come back to where I played my juniors with boys I’ve played with for as long as I can remember and win the comp couldn’t ask for anything more from the players, coaching staff, & of course @avalonbulldogs and the community getting behind us

What a way to be welcomed back to the dogs by @will__golden

Summer Challenge is open. 30 spots. September 8 to December 1.
⁣
Here’s the deal:
⁣
12 weeks inside Golden Performance. My nutrition system that adjusts your calories and macros every 2 weeks based on your actual body data — not a generic calculator.
⁣
Whoever works the hardest and gets the best result claims a $250 True Protein voucher at the end.
⁣
What you get for the 12 weeks:
⁣
✅ Personalised starting calorie and macro target (built around YOU — your training, weight, goal)
✅ System adjusts your numbers every 2 weeks based on results
✅ Full dashboard access — logging, streaks, progress tracking
✅ The exact protocol I used to drop 6.1kg in 14 weeks without ever starving
✅ Support if you’re stuck at any point
✅ 12 weeks to see what a plan that adjusts with you actually feels like
⁣
Pricing:
$209.99 for the full 12 weeks.
$17.50 per week.
Less than one takeaway meal.
⁣
Only 30 spots this round. Once they’re gone, they’re gone — I’m not opening this again this year.
⁣
This challenge exists because I’m tired of watching people run static plans that stop working at week 3 and then blame themselves for a system that was never built to keep up with them.
⁣
Yours will keep up.

10 WEEKS of using golden performance

So far:
Dropped 4.5kg of fat
Maintained muscle
Still have enough energy to perform

I started this to test it and show that it works so far I’m amazed about how easy it’s been.

Since the calories adjust as I progress there is no need for starving yourself or restricting your self from foods you like to eat.

Down to 88.9kg and nearly there so excited to see what the last few weeks hold by @will__golden

I built this system for clients.
Now I’m running it under my own training load.

The goal isn’t fast weight loss.
It’s controlled reduction while performance holds.

Weekly averages remove noise.
Performance tells the truth.

If the structure works, it shows over time.

Weekly check-ins every Saturday. by @will__golden

We’re absolutely pumped to have Will Golden back in Doggies colours this year. Will has played footy at a high level for many years and brings a huge amount of experience and knowledge across sport, nutrition, and performance.

Will will also be supporting the club in a number of different ways this season through his business — helping our players and community continue to grow both on and off the field.

Give him a follow and reach out if you need a hand with anything sport, nutrition or performance related. More on this coming soon. by @will__golden

Sleep is key for athletes

And if you don’t prioritise it,

You’ll feel it later on in the form of injuries or slow recovery
