Wow. Where do I start? This year didn’t end the way I wanted. Year after year, I continued to fall just short of my goals. However, these moments and experiences have shaped me into who I am today. I am forever grateful for everything that wrestling has taught and given me. Through this sport, I have experienced some of the highest highs and lowest lows. Yet through it all, I have learned valuable lessons that I will continue to apply for the rest of my life. I’m so glad that I returned to this sport, and left no regrets out there.

Over the past year, I’ve had to make one of the toughest decisions. It’s a bittersweet feeling, but after 12 years of dedicating my life to this sport, I am finally ready to close this chapter. I have decided to not wrestle in college, meaning my wrestling career has reached an end. I am extremely thankful for all of the people who have invested and poured into me along this journey. Thank you to my parents and family for the endless support over the years…I truly wouldn’t be at where I am today without them. I have been blessed to have made some amazing friendships and memories through this sport, and I wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anybody else. Thank you wrestling.
