Incredible trip to Antarctica - The trip started as a water ski project but turned into much more, with amazing sights, wildlife, activities, and people along the way. I’ve always enjoyed traveling for both work and fun, and I am thankful for the opportunity to visit all 7 continents before turning 30. What next? taken in Antarctica by @will_john

It wasn’t slalom skiing on the 7th continent like I wanted, but paddle boarding with whales in Antarctica was a close second.

My goal was to ski every month for 10 years straight and on all 7 continents. I completed consecutive month 120 in February and skied on the other 6 continents, but I had to resort to only paddle boarding in Antarctica due to an environmental organization that regulates every single activity down there. So, I can say that I have done a water sport on all 7 continents and something behind a boat every month for 10 years straight.

It was an incredible trip to Antarctica nonetheless - I was blown away by the topography, ice, and many different species of animals. @quarkexpeditions does an amazing job with the ship, incredible food, excellent staff, and do a great job with the many boating and on-land excursions. I’d go again sometime…

I’ve spent many days of my life on a boat. This was one of the better ones.

Month 111 & continent number 6

Antarctica is the only continent that remains, and there is an environmental organization that imposes an 8mph speed limit for boats. Can it be done? taken in Bogotá, Colombia by @will_john
