Meet Albanis, a 1000dreams storyteller from Venezuela, collecting stories in Michigan.

People do not become refugees by choice. At times, their journey to safety is marked with danger and uncertainty, yet each refugee carries with them stories of challenges faced, strengths gained and dreams chased. Through Phimmasone and other storytellers trained by Witness Change, refugees are reclaiming their narratives—telling their own stories, in their own words.

Portrait of graffiti artist @ed.oner in front of the mural he made at @maqam.amsterdam. The mural as inspired by items found on the street from a social housing building being emptied for renovation. Thank you @flakbir for asking me to make these images. by @will_louns

Rome in February 2025 for @wildaperturetours . Aperture Tours is the photo-tourism business I run with my friend @alexanderjebradley. Each winter we meet up in one of the cities where we operate to work on the business, see each other and make a bunch of photos. Big thanks to our Rome guide @emanueleserraino for showing us around and to some great photo spots. taken in Rome, Italy by @will_louns
