Our 5 pillars represent the values we strive to uphold and develop as a chapter💫🩷

Service is about selflessly giving back with a caring and generous heart through volunteer work, philanthropies, and setting an outstanding example.

The women of Willard unite through a shared bond and unwavering support, forging lifelong friendships and a support system that celebrates highs and lows alike.

We pursue educational excellence and lifelong learning at Willard, lifting each other up in achieving academic goals and beyond.

Character is built on integrity, honesty, compassion, and courage, embracing individuality while staying true to oneself, even when no one's watching.

Through dedication and devotion, we strive to better ourselves and our community by keeping promises, giving our best, and being reliable friends. by @willardsorority

Willard has been the best thing for me yet! I met my closet friends while in my first month here. I truly feel like I belong and I love all of the friendships and connections I’ve made!🩷💚

I chose Willard because I know that I will make awesome friends and everyone I’ve talked to is so kind! 💚🩷

Everybody felt very welcoming and kind, the local philanthropy aspect also resonated with me a lot!🩷💚

When I was going through rush, I was told to picture myself in one of the houses, around some of the current members. I immediately thought of myself at Willard because the community was so welcoming and friendly. I know Willard is the perfect fit because everyone feels like home.💚🩷 by @willardsorority

The woman behind our name. 🤎

Frances E. Willard was an educator, leader, and reformer who dedicated her life to creating change and opening doors for women. Her belief in leadership, education, service, and making a difference continues to inspire the values we carry as Willard women today.

Her personal motto, “Do Everything,” reminds us to show up, lead with purpose, and make an impact wherever we can.

We are proud to carry her name and continue her legacy more than a century later.

Her name. Her legacy. Our Willard.

Why Local? 💗
Being a local sorority is such a special part of who we are, and it gives Willard the opportunity to create a sisterhood that is truly our own.
Community That Gives Back — Being local allows us to build meaningful relationships with organizations and people right here in Lincoln, making an impact in the same community that supports us.
Connected to Our Alum — Our alum are more than part of our history. They continue to show up, support our chapter, share our traditions, and remind us that Willard is a sisterhood that lasts far beyond college.
Rooted in Our Campus — Willard was founded right here at Nebraska Wesleyan in 1889. Our history, traditions, and sisterhood have grown alongside the campus we’ve called home for generations.
Leadership With Real Impact — As a local chapter, our members have a voice in the decisions that shape Willard. We have the opportunity to lead, create change, and leave our own mark on the future of our sisterhood.
Local means our community, our history, our people, and our Willard.

Heard it’s kinda chic to be a Willard… and we’d have to agree 💋🍒✨

Counting down the days until PC ’26 gets to see what makes this sisterhood so special 💌
