Rounding off the track season with a couple of tiny PBs. With a year of a lot more downs than ups, being able to have a track season at all is huge win on its own...

Big shoutout to @dnomiller who's given me more than I've given him back these past few months and the rest of the @uobperformancesport team for helping me out too!

I've been a bit cooked for the past 5/6 months so a) i can't really be f*cked to take any photos and b) I really haven't done anything either so there's nothing i can talk about to be honest so here's the best I've got...😳😐 by @willbarnicoat03

The King of Cross Country: Why Barni BICARRBs 👑

Will Barnicoat, 3 × European Cross Country Champion, fuels his races with FLYCARB’s BICARRB.

BICARRB is the effective and affordable bicarbonate supplement trusted by champions to go harder, finish faster, and recover better.

Here’s why Barni swears by it 👇

1️⃣ An extra gear when it matters most
“BICARRB helps me push through the toughest parts of the race, when the legs are burning, it gives me that bit more.”

2️⃣ A bigger sprint finish
“When you think you’re done, you find another gear. It helps me finish faster and fight harder to the line.”

3️⃣ Surprising Recovery benefits
“The recovery benefits were the biggest surprise for me , crazy good!”

What is BICARRB? 🤔

Well it's a bicarbonate-based acidic buffer designed to help athletes delay fatigue, maintain pace, and recover faster between sessions and race days.

It's effective, affordable and prevents GI issues!

2025 Track out the way. Some good all round championship style racing with some work to do running quicker... With the degree out the way, it's time to give this a full time smack 🙂

4th at British champs... not quite the result hoped for but most importantly another huge experience experienced. I've raced probably two of the best guys in the world over the past 2 weeks and I have tried to put up somewhat of a fight. It's been a massive eye opener in the sense of how much better I need to be. I've accepted it's probably going to be a tough road ahead to get anywhere near there, but I'm happy to walk it even if it means failing my way to success... sorry for the waffle😅
