+22kg. But that number barely scratches the surface of what actually happened over these 4+ years.

It was the early mornings I didn’t want to get up for. The meals I ate because I knew I needed them, not because I felt like it. The weeks where the mirror looked exactly the same as it did the week before, and I trained anyway. The birthdays, holidays, and nights out where I stayed disciplined without turning it into a personality trait, just quietly doing the work.

No fad programs. No crash diets. Just a hypertrophy-focused training split I trusted enough to stick with, and clean eating built on consistency instead of obsession. Nothing flashy just repetition, patience, and refusing to quit when progress went quiet.

This isn’t really about the number on the left versus the number on the right. It’s proof of what happens when you commit to something longer than feels comfortable. Every version of myself that kept showing up even on the days I didn’t want to, built this.

Grateful doesn’t even cover it. This was earned, one day at a time.
