In #Richmond, VA for @iamccda National Conference. Chuck Hunt and I led a workshop about Generation Alpha based on @fulleryouthinstitute research.

We had multiple leaders come up asking for more information on how to better reach their youth. I believe that these seeds will make a significant impact on this generation. Looking forward to the next major release from FYI! by @willc27

Before the snap, get set. Before the day, get still. 🏈

We are the result of our actions, not our ambitions. Get still. Get set.

Do Season.

Why is “good job” never enough?

I spent years chasing approval. The applause never lasted.

Psalm 131 showed me why: a weaned child still needs its mother. We go from solely seeking what God provides to just seeking God.

You’re already approved. Stop auditioning for a part you already have.

I’m still being weaned. 👇🏾 What are you being weaned from?

Different countries. Same concerns. 🇧🇷🇺🇸

In Brazil with @thefountainofpraise leading a Gen Alpha workshop, and the research held up: home matters, trusted adults matter, and parents are still a top influence on faith.

If you love a young person, you matter more than you think. Share this with a parent or youth leader. 🙌🏾

My Grace is running for student council VP & this is part of her campaign speech! I think her uncle @_dallasjones must be running her campaign!

She had quotes and all kinds of stuff in her speech!

Sometimes we’re chasing things that appear to be doing more than they really are. 🚗💨

A dog once ran full speed into a parked car. It looked fast. It wasn’t even moving.

That’s a lot of us. Chasing an image — not actual movement.

Real growth isn’t overnight. It’s showing up again and again until it becomes a pattern. That’s discipline. And discipline outlasts motivation.

Keep pressing. Not just for you — for everyone watching your pattern.

Do Season — show up, serve well, let your light point them to the Father. ✨

We cut a whole rug at the EAGLES gala! Age is nothing but a number and laughter is like a good medicine!

I had a great time dancing with the @thefountainofpraise seniors this weekend at their gala
