This weekend I got to be in my happy place. A huge thanks to @hiimevanjohnson and @max_dametz for inviting me to do production design for their film “Fresh Hardware.” When I’m not directing, there’s nowhere I’d rather be than making things come to life visually through scenic and lighting design. I sincerely appreciate this opportunity and couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work with! #filmmaking #productiondesign by @willcarter80

Tonight, I watched 3 hours of broadcast news footage from the morning of 9/11. 25 years later, you still have the same gut reaction. I was working in the news at the time and I remember watching and trying to comprehend how something so horrible could happen here. And I remember trying to keep our composure so that we could report this tragic story, knowing that for one moment we were no longer reporting but sharing the same raw reactions and emotions as everyone else. I will never forget where I was and what I was doing that morning and the impact that moment would have on us for decades to come. #remember911 by @willcarter80
