Day something-er-other in the Tetons. 2300 miles from Portland to Sturgis and back and a terabyte of footage later. Through mechanical and mental breakdowns, sun or rain, hail or snow we keep it on the road. Love my @trippers_69 brothers. by @willcorwin

This camera was my first exposure (pun intended) to photography and what sent me down the road I am on. My grandpa was a great photographer, always taking amazing portraits of the family and made family photo albums that felt more pages out of magazines. He loved getting nerdy about light and lenses and was obsessive with exposure, always carrying a Gossen light meter around. He loved Kodachrome and was devastated when they discontinued it and celebrated when it was brought back. He shot amazing landscapes, opting for the 150mm over a wide angle so that he could focus on details instead of wide vistas. He said it was the best lens they ever made.

His eyesight gave out a few years ago and today he handed it down to me. A big full circle moment. Shooting film makes every image feel more intentional and stoked to keep putting rolls through it.
