Today I’m overjoyed to share that BOYS TALKING is officially out everywhere!

For the past 18 months, this album has lived hand to hand before platform to platform. Across merch tables. In record shops. In small rooms and big rooms. Through the USPS. On the radio. In conversations after shows.
That was intentional.

This record began with grief. Like grief, I couldn’t let it “just drop.”
The songs needed time to be sung in, sat with, held, and sung back before entering the abyss in the palm of our hands. Your hand right now!

BOYS TALKING is about generational healing. About what happens when we try to say the things that weren’t modeled for us. It’s about learning to talk- even when it’s messy. Especially then.

I made this album surrounded by people I trust deeply and was safe knowing I was the least talented person in the room.
Produced by myself and @brophydrums , Engineered by @jbmoney33, Mixed & Mastered by @djamesgoodwin , Photography by @paddycakes_piasecki, Art work by Joy Wu.
Featuring magical performances from @alisaamador , @julianahatfield , @dannybones64 @fabiolamendezmusic @kevinbarryguitar , @rohrjames , @codynilsen , @a.sternmusic , @fancyassmusic, @joewmcmahon , @mrjessedee , @moepope , @dearleader , @barrettabbie , Jef Charland, @crisdris, @melissaferrick & Susan Minichiello.

Thank you to everyone who carried these songs early. The record stores. The radio champions. The venues. The crews. The photographers. The designers. The friends who opened doors and hearts.

And to you who showed up in rooms and let these songs grow at human speed: thank you for making this digital release day feel alive long before today.
PS: One song will always live only on the physical copy. A reminder that not everything has to be everywhere.
Streaming now. Vinyl still spinning. Spring shows announced!
Your path to listen is down below. All that and onward forever….
Thank you ❤️🦅🦒🕺🏻 by @willdaileyofficial

A little look into Will Dailey's (@willdaileyofficial) 909 Session 👀🎸

The Boston-based singer-songwriter brought his thoughtful lyrics, soulful vocals and unmistakable indie-rock spirit to The Living Room to chat with Jon Hart where they talked humble beginnings, chance encounters and the realities of working in music among the digital age.

👉 Listen to the live session now online and be sure to subscribe on YouTube to be the first to see his full performances when they drop! Link in bio.

Kansas City, sold out, soulful and perfect. Thanks to @waldofolk and @909thebridge for making KC so magical.
This journey with Boys Talking is approaching the 2 year mark. This was the dream: that in our culture of ceaseless content an album could grow organically over 2 years and a stronger connection could be fostered. KC proved that people before platforms is sound sonic logic.
I’m changing phases over the next two months and wrapping up this vision. Doing it live and in person at these places (and a few more).

This is my friend Zack’s favorite pic. A pic of a pic.
So much awe received from the shows with @paulacoleofficial. Her show and band are amazing. See them on the rest of their monumental tour.
I just added a Boston date at @citywinerybos with pal @rhettmiller- yes, that Rhett Miller! Tickets just went on sale.
AND I found out I’m nominated 4 times in the @nemusicawards: Performer, Album, Act and Video of the year! You can vote too. AND it is a great time to practice voting.
I am off to Kansas City!!! At @waldofolk on Wednesday.
Also: night one in NYC with @rachaelyamagata has a low ticket A picture within a picture within a picture. ONWARD.
