Good setting starts with the understanding that it’s not about you. It’s not your idea, it’s not your move. It’s theirs, the climber, the customer, the audience.

Focus on them, watch, listen and try to understand.

🙏🏼 nothing but gratitude for the great community here @nomadboulderingsyd epic finals moments ❤️

I will miss everything about this place. The people, the sounds, the feeling, the smells, the sweat and the tears. Taking on the role here in Switzerland with the Swiss team has changed me in ways I may never completely understand. I’ve been a small part of this magical thing and will forever be grateful for the love and the trust I have received.

I struggle with goodbyes, it feels too permanent……. after all, the only constant is change. So until proved otherwise, I’ll just say “see you later fam ❤️🇨🇭”

Still………one more comp to go! HOP SUISSE! taken in Bern, Switzerland by @willhammersla
