“The Night We Met” is out now!

“The Night We Met” by @lordhuron is an absolute masterclass in simple, efficient writing. The universal idea of feeling a once new and hope-filled love fade away and wanting desperately to have it back as it was. I wanted my version to feel like a two act scene. The first is a calm desperation; it feels like a storm is coming but not yet. The second act embraces the chaos of the storm; what was is no longer and there is precious little to be done about it. Listen to my version of the song at the link in bio. by @williamfitzsimmons
