And I know this partially because they tried to recruit me for their video “Anorexic vs Ob*se” and if you want to read about my call with them and see more of my analysis of why this has all played out the way it has, go read “Rage Debating with Jillian Michaels” out now 💕 by @williamhornby

“Dieting Makes You Fat” is out now, and, for those who financially support “Recovering with Spite and Love,” at the end of the essay we also talk about the concept of choosing Fatness. Enjoy 💕 by @williamhornby

It’s all so insidious! And it’s just gonna get worse! So strap in, establish you’re support system, and stay stronger than the marines. And I’ll be here with you, doing the same. I could not recommend enough the resources at @alliancefored as a part of your support system. They have free therapist-led support groups EVERY day of the week and they have a therapist-staffed helpline available on weekdays. PLEASE check them out if you or someone you know is struggling. by @williamhornby

You know where to read more! It’s Eating Disorders Awareness Week and it’s felt particularly insidious being barraged with GLP-1 weight loss ads all week. If you want a really great podcast on GLP-1s, @virgietovar has one called @glp1truthserumpod and if you’ve also been struggling with this, @alliancefored has an incredible helpline and free support groups EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK! Stay strong out there. We’re in this together. by @williamhornby
