POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

After more than two years of working on this project with @adavehodgson, @caderageous, and the @wearecontinue team, I’m extremely proud to share the first look at the new feature documentary Legends of Adventure: The Story of Sierra On-Line – trailer by the amazing @shootnathanboone!

The project is now live on @backerkit - if you’d like to help us tell the tale of one of the most storied and interesting companies in video games, please consider backing the project. Click the link in bio! by @williamhperkins

Since the new @arrowvideo Innerspace 4K disc is out, I can officially share these shots of my sit-down interview with the great @robert_picardo – part of the new hour long behind-the-scenes documentary Shrinkage: The Making of Innerspace.

As a lifelong Trekkie and massive fan of Innerspace since childhood (just ask @evanperkins), this was a genuine thrill.

He was extremely generous with his time, shared many wonderful stories about the film, talked about playing The Cowboy AND Jack Putter, and even entertained my curiosity about his time on Voyager and Starfleet Academy. I urge you to check out the doc if and when you pick up the disc – it’s a fantastic set that many folks worked really hard to put together.

The highlight of course was when he called up his pal Joe Dante mid-interview to help us answer a question!

Shout-out to @peterkapow for throwing our hat into the ring, and to @thatguyfromgremlins2 and @adamtb for helping @wearecontinue make this happen on short notice. by @williamhperkins

Gordon Hamilton 2007-2025

When a runty grey and white tabby came into our lives almost 18 years ago, we didn’t realize that the annoying kitten who worried us sick with a freak eye injury, tormented my feet nightly for years, and brazenly pilfered catnip from the freezer despite locks designed to stop children would become the loving core that @alanarh and I would build our family around.

It was just the three of us in our small downtown condo for more than a decade. The endless joy and companionship Gordon gave to us during this time was matched only by the steady comfort he embodied through uncertainty and successive family tragedies.

Then Frankie arrived. And after much trepidation on his part (several years worth), Gordon became her pal, a playmate, a stalwart guardian, and the closest thing she’ll ever have to a brother. We made a person who loved Gord as much as we did – and he loved her back.

It’s not going to be the same without him.

Another busy school year for @frankiehamkins, who apparently also found time to grow about half a foot since September. by @williamhperkins

My incredible, brilliant Grandad turns 97 today!

Here we are last month taking in the sights at the breakwater in Victoria. I was struggling to keep up with him.

If you ever need to learn maritime coastal and celestial navigation, he still teaches it to students from around the world at learntonavigate.com taken in The Breakwater, Ogden Point, Victoria, B.C. by @williamhperkins
