Life is serendipitous; 15 years ago I moved into the ORO (my first apartment on my own). Loved it and wanted to be one of the Top Brokers for the building.
I’d study all the floor plans and I came across Apt 40F. Said to myself, I want to sell this apartment one day. Now in 2024, it happened! 🙏

3 seasons. 6 months. 3% rate spikes. 1000 crazy moments. Now we’re here! What a journey.⠀

It was ALWAYS a dream and goal of mine to own real estate. Specifically own a piece of Brooklyn/NYC and yesterday, AUGUST 12, 2022 that dream & goal was accomplished! Emotional, when I was at closing and everything concluded. Thinking a small town boy like me got this done. But if you have a dream/goal. Go AFTER IT. There’s no short cuts. It’s just about working hard and being consistent. May not happen right away but laying a brick down perfectly everyday — you will have your HOUSE. Let’s go! ⠀

Winner winner! This battle wasn’t won in 3 rounds. It was won with the 6-8 weeks of hard training. My camp was a war zone physically and MENTALLY. I’m so glad I did this, it’s amazing! I’m so happy because what this means is if you fookin wook hard, try your best, anything is possible!

The parade yesterday was the icing on the cake of this team’s EPIC run. :)

My fandom for this team happened nearly 30 years ago. 98-99’ season is what made me into a mega fan.

But the last 4 years was the best journey this team took me. Capped by an unforgettable and epic run to winning the Championship this year.

What made this journey the best was the friends and fellow fans I got to enjoy it with.

Never in my life did I root for a team longer.
Never in my life did I want a team to win more.
Never in my life did I root for a group of guys more.

I always thought I wanted to be in NYC when the Knicks won. But when I look back, I was at the right place at the right time with the right people. My family & people I love that was just happy for the little kid in me to see his childhood team win it all. 🥹

I love everything about this moment and I will never forget it, I will always cherish it. 🧡💙🧡💙

PR’d MY MARATHON 🫰🏅🥲

Coming off the heels of TSP. I didn’t know if I could hit sub 3:30. My legs were not there the past couple weeks.
But I asked myself in the middle of the race. If you don’t believe in yourself then who would? So I put my head down and just ran with BELIEF.

Sprinted the last 1.5M 😭

It’s been a while since I’ve been this proud of myself for reaching a goal I really wanted. (The added lore of doing it 2 weeks after an ultra relay is something I wanted as well. 🤭)

Thank you everyone for being part of my journey. All the positive energy was felt and I will to pass it forward to people who need it, promise.

#20clip journey to the Finish Sign 💫

340 miles. 17 weeks of training. 8 runners. 5 crews. 2 days of running. 1 life changing experience. Infinite amount of energy from everyone involved.

This race comes with highs & lows like the rolling hills of Death Valley have been personified. It’s all part of the process to oneself. KEEP GOING — there is a Vegas light at the end of the tunnel. Before you know it, the race concludes and you’re left processing what you just accomplished. Then it hits you like the warm sunrise in the desert.. we just fucking DID this.

A race like this can only be done when everyone comes together and does their part. A focused VILLAGE. Every role was as important as it was to the next. I’m so proud of everyone’s efforts.

Thank you to my support system, friends & family alike for all your positive energy the past 18 weeks. It all has a place in my heart. Gratitude 🙏

In hindsight; the training for this race made me understand myself better as a runner. The race in itself made me understand myself better as a person.
