Happy 30th to this amazing woman. We have almost spent half of our lives together and so far it feels like that has been the better half. But looking forward I can't help but feel lucky that we have way more then half of our lives still to live, and I couldn't imagine spending them with anyone else. Ok, well I dont post much these days but today it feels right. 10 years ago today Amanda and I got married, not on a field overlooking a golf course surrounded by people, but in a court house just the two of us, just like it is today. I have done a lot of crazy things in my life, and the best have always been with Amanda. She is always pushing me out of my comfort zone, and getting me to go new places and see new things, if not for her I never even would have left the west cost, let alone travelled to 4 different countries over 3 years. It has been one crazy ride, and I cant wait to see where she drags me off to next. Amanda, I love you so much, never stop pushing, for us to be the best versions of our selves. My baby girl had her second year ballet recital today, and she was so confident and beautiful up there. I could not have been a more proud papa. by @williammcadams

It's race time again, Luke's resolution this year was 3 obstacle/mud runs and 3 5ks so that's what we are doing. I'm so excited that Luke wanted to do it again this year. I love that we get this special time together. by @williammcadams

Thank you everyone who helped me ring in this next year of life. It was so much fun, I loved getting to spend time with all my closest friends. I want to say a special thank you to the women who makes it all possible, and with out her I would do things like serve an entire meal of meat without even a thought to sides or drinks or plates or anything else. I am full of grand ideas and not a single one of them would come true without the help and support of my other half @amcadams89 by @williammcadams

This year Luke's new years resolution was to run 5 5ks. This weekend was our last one; he did it, we ran all 5 together with him pushing me all the way. We ran the Superhero run, the Color run, the Kids Obstacle Challenge, the Gobble Wobble, and the Running for Rhett 5k. I could not be more proud of my little man. He did not always want to do it when the day came but when it was time to run he ran. He finished every race, he never gave up, never even asked to quit, even when his legs were "turning to jello". Even though he had tough days he just kept saying when is the next one. I cant wait to see how far this kid will go, because when he puts his mind to something, nothing can stand in his way or stop him. by @williammcadams

Post Race Mud Bath! We finished our first lap in 30 min, and the second lap we raced and did it in 20 min!!!! My little man is already hooked.

This may not have been the day we planned for, but it's the day we both really needed. The last 9 years have been a whirlwind; babies, house, cars, vacations, jobs, dog, and so much more. To be honest as crazy as this life is, I would not change it for anything. For me it all starts and ends with this beautiful woman laying in bed with me. She is my everything, she gets me up in the morning to go to work she is what drives me home to wrap her up in my arms, she is the one who pushes me to be the best dad that I can to make her proud, and she is who I always want to lay my head down next to when i go to sleep at night. It has been that way for 9 years and I will make sure it stays that way for all the years that come. Happy Anniversary @amcadams89 by @williammcadams
