On the way back to cleanse the rest of the morlock cave, our 'heroes' avoid triggering the wrath of an oni. Once back in the caverns, the party took out some ogrekin bandits. Once the last brigand fell, a flue hag and her scarecrow construct came out to destroy the invaders. Shrugging off the hag's spells, the party overcame the pair and cleared the complex. #Pathfinder #DnD by @williammindflayer

The party takes down the force morlock and his troll curs. From the back of the cavern emerges a tazelwyrm guarding a morlock statue made of blue quartz. The PCs brings the beast down after a short fray. They then encounter more mudmen led by a bog nixie who successfully charms half the party. After some magically shifting loyalties among the warband, the nixie is slain. The PCs finally finds the final nest of morlocks and ends the local threat. Unfortunately the party's magical reserves are spent. Even though there are more tunnels to explore, the PCs retreat to their mill-base, hoping to tackle the rest of the underground complex after some needed rest #Pathfinder #DnD by @williammindflayer

Found out this evening a coworker passed away yesterday (second one in two years). Overall a good man. I had already got my miles in today, but decided to walk the neighborhood again as the memories of all our interactions swirled in my head.

With upgraded gear, our 'heroes' march back to the morlock cave (encountering oni and gloomwings along the way). The PCs descend into the dark, fighting off mudmen and morlocks alike. In the last room of the session, the party is brought to a standstill by a morlock made of pure force, two trollhounds under his command. Will the PCs overcome this ordeal? #Pathfinder #DnD by @williammindflayer

After thwarting the bandit threat at the grist mill, the party buys the deed to the property since the last heir died. The mill workers, now employees of the party, report morlocks harassing the grist mill. Nearly bested by oozes shaped like ice snakes near the morlock cave, the party seeks out the local dwarven merchant clan for better gear. Along the way, our 'heroes' are attacked by a morlock warband and advanced stirges. An action-packed session. #Pathfinder #DnD by @williammindflayer

Our 'heroes' find the actual grist mill workers are being held hostage in the house by unknown humanoids. After freeing the prisoners, the party moves onto the mill to save the owner. Brigands, thorn dogs, and a bristle boar confront the rescuers while the owner is slain by an evil monk with a grudge. The party celebrates a hollow victory as the monk escaped. A future villain, no doubt... #Pathfinder #DnD by @williammindflayer

With a gaming session half-driven by random encounters, the party takes on a mission for the local baron. A millstone has to be delivered to a grist mill. Unfortunately the party finds hostility in the form of brigands posing as mill workers. The brigands even attempted to toss a barrel of winged tarantulas at our 'heroes,' but the party was able to turn the tactic back on the aggressors. #Pathfinder #DnD by @williammindflayer

Currently recovering from an injury, thus had more time to game. Our 'heroes' return from vanquishing the kobold tribe only to find their golem fortress invaded by rock baboons and ogren (ogre/hobgoblin hybrids). The multilevel fight is fierce, leaving one party member dead. The ogren leader - a dire colby spellcaster - tries to escape the party's wrath, but falls short of the exit in the golem's tower head. #Pathfinder #DnD by @williammindflayer

The party, avenging a fallen companion, takes out the kobold clan. The PCs now have to haul the spoils of victory across a frozen tundra. #Pathfinder #DnD by @williammindflayer
