It's official USPA 308 Masters 40-44 National Deadlift Record 735.24lbs. It was fun and all but time to move on.

Coaching middle school football seems to be my next calling and I am enjoying it more than I thought I would. Looking forward to the season and helping these boys achieve greatness. Undefeated season lets go HCMS Panthers! by @williamrinnix

Time to hang up the singlet. Had one last goal of obtaining a USPA National Record which I finally achieved setting the new Masters 1 -308 National Deadlift Record of 735lbs. Still impacted by a UCL tear, herniated L5 and most recently a broken pinky toe this one was the most challenging of all my meets with its ups and downs moments. Left elbow was not having it just kept giving out and crapped the bed on bench only managing to successful bench 380lbs.

Recap Squat: 628.5. Bench: 380 DL: 735.24
T: 1734.74

Not bad for almost being 44!🤣🤣🤣 To my wife, kids, family, and friends put up with me while I prepped I appreciate the support and love! @nga.nguyen.16547 @beefcake_barbie_kristine_cpt_ @lynnyvette

Home gym @ironforgedfitness always letting me bang the weights around.

26 years of weightlifting and it finally happened at least it was 100lb plate and not 5lbs. That would be an embarrassing story to tell! Possibly crushed bone and a bit of blood but hey it will heal just need to rub some dirt on it!🤣🤣🤣 by @williamrinnix

Happy 18th Birthday to my mini-me @kaleb.rinnix! So surreal that your 18 where did the years go. Still remember the day you looked up at me for the frist time. That day 18 years ago I became a father and I hope that I have been a good one to you. I know I made mistakes but I hope I've instilled in you the values to be a good man not a perfect man but a good man. I know I have to step back and let you find your way in this world which I am happy for yet I 'm still scared shitless. They always say mom's have a hard time letting go but it's just as difficult for father's. Since you were that tiny baby boy in my hands I've loved you and protected you. Since you were 5 I've been telling you at 18 you got to get the hell out; its still true but just know you always have a home with parents who love you, will feed you, clothe you, whatever you need you will never go without. In a few short months you leave for college its going to be a bitter sweet moment but we are excited for you to experience the world and continue to grow into the man your meant to be. So Happy Birthday my boy enjoy it 18 only comes once. by @williamrinnix
