Journal #001: life finds its way to make time move very fast when you are present it seems. How is May upon us? I’m excited, don’t get me wrong. It’s just like….wasnt it February 1st last Tuesday? However fast it may be going, I do still feel excited and am releasing any anxious or fear driven tendencies, which makes way for better art and thus better experiences and thus also better drives to and fro! I am excited to post more on this account but also I am dreading getting up at 4:30 AM tomorrow. I will be a crust of a human but then again the crust of the pizza is really good.

Im attempting or making the effort to only listen to the advice of my soul right now - especially in terms of energy. I find that the people I enjoy here are quite specific but I like them all quite a bit (shout out to you all you should know you are I hope!). Likewise I feel my inner spirit animal (probs a cat….and also a horse) coming to light. I must run free but also like lowkey alone? Sometimes with others but also let me go AWF. Vulnerability. Tea. I feel quite humbled by the fact that I am realizing the thoughts that race thru the thing between my eyes are not me but rather a lot of crazy science-y stuff going on. I like that I’ve found a way to enjoy work=play a bit more. I forget that I need to ALWAYS have a wrench in my car. I’ve definitely become an introvert at 23/ I think people are fascinating but groups of larger than 5 really make me want to start singing but in like a jazz way. Babababeeeee babababa. My ability to cosplay as butch will be studied one day. It’s not convincing once I speak but it is funny. When I walk into Lowe’s before I begin my strut to the dirt aisle some of the men look a bit timid, and they should be!! I am quite speedy when the store closes in 5 minutes. I find people perform on social media too much and the algorithm whoever the fuck that is was trying to make me do the same! No no no! I’ll only do a trend if I think it’s cute. My work is too complex!!!! It can’t be captured in stupid clickbait you fuckers!! Not on my gay watch. Time is slipping thru my pretty fingers like warm water from a pond. I spend so much time in the car it’s crazy! It has become a safe space at some point for me just to exist in that front seat and look out the window and just feel protected. I wonder if other people have this relationship with their car or maybe this is just how me and Cherry, my car‘s name, operate; I really love this car and I hope that it lasts 100,000 more miles because it runs really well. I’ve invested a decent amount of money in it and I take a lot of care of it and give it lots of stickers. She gets a ton of compliments and I really admire how much she catches peoples attention, especially on the highway. I noticed people either giving me a thumbs down or a middle finger if they don’t like what my car says. Is that not so fun? taken in Ypsilanti, Michigan by @williamroberthohe
