On the third day of waking up early to check in, we finally made it. We stood in queues for more than nine hours, moving between two or three lines. This shows how poor systems affect people.

The wantok system is killing professionalism and slowing development. Regional bullying is still happening and can be clearly seen in the way services are given. It's a we problem, so we need to address it ASAP.

If officers give clear instructions and use simple signs or pictures, it would help everyone understand better. Using creative ways to share flight and travel information will reduce confusion and stress.

Small improvements in communication can save time, treat people fairly, and help systems work better.

I would gladly do it all over again, this is my home. ❤️🇵🇬🛬 Air Niugini by @williekunsei
