Happy Anniversary James Brendel

We've had a lot of adventures over the last 28 years. Looking forward to many more years.

I love you ❤️🥰😍😘 by @willisw555

My 1st Full Marathon is in the books.

LA Marathon was hot and hilly. Legs cramps at mile 18 slowed me down, but grit, determination, and my friends kept me going. I didn't achieve the time I planned or trained for, but I gave it my all today and for that I'm proud.

Couldn't have done it without my support system.

It's finally time to celebrate all the blood, sweat, and tears over the last 16 weeks. I couldn't have done it without my crew, my coach and my super supportive husband.

Rock n Roll half-marthon in Las Vegas was a blast. Ran along the strip with part of the running fam! by @willisw555

Hyrox relay at the end of a marathon training block. We underestimated the effort at the stations.

I wouldn't have wanted to do my first hyrox with any other team. The support and energy gave me the will to fight my inner bitc... err, demons.

Crushed personal goals, made amazing friends, ran 1,356 miles, and lost 15+ lbs. by @willisw555

I set a goal to complete a Half Marathon under 2-hours. Despite the chilly weather, I did it. 10th in Age Group. I owe a lot of credit my amazing support system!
