Some wins and some lessons over the weekend @grapplingindustries Sunshine Coast. Always a tough bracket here. But the most important thing is that I keep on showing up and I carry a good attitude. Making friends off the mats and push them to the limit on the mats. Thank you to all my opponents @king888monkey , Leon, Nate, and Elke. See you all next time.

Another great opportunity for Will to test himself, pick up valuable competition experience, and see exactly where all the hard work in training has taken him. taken in Empire Martial Arts by @willjitsu.aus

Second fight of the day @qbjjc GC Open was tough but I got it at the end. So much respect to my opponent - Jushwa that he definitely gave me a hard time. No doubt we will see each other soon.

I have been training with my team at @empiremixedmartialarts to continue improving my game. Hard work pays off. 😀

First fight today at @qbjjc GC Open.

I demonstrated the guard passing skills that I have been working on in the past few months. Kept calm and step by step setting up the submission finish - thanks to my gym @empiremixedmartialarts my coach @rickybudgen for pushing me to my limit.

Thank you to my opponent Jasper. Who's family even came up and congratulated me.

Had a great day at @grapplingindustries Canberra. For the first time, I had my chance to showcase what I have been training for in the past 2.5 years in front of my grandparents who live here.

Thanks to my coach @coach_alex_mma and my gym @empiremixedmartialarts who prepared me for compititions and for challenges coming my way. That's what BJJ/ Grappling mean to me - problem solving skills for life.
