Set against a wooded backdrop, this custom home was designed by @arcade_architecture_interiors to feel rooted in nature. We helped bring exactly what our clients envisioned to fruition: a modern retreat that feels connected to its surroundings.

Our Design Manager, Rebecca Baicar, checking in on an in-progress home with every room, finish, and selection at her fingertips. From initial concepts to final installation, our team stays involved throughout the entire process to ensure every detail comes together exactly as intended.

That's the advantage of a fully integrated design-build approach.

Building in a historic neighborhood takes a different kind of care and a deep respect for what came before.

From Gimghoul to Franklin-Rosemary, our team has experience navigating Chapel Hill’s historic districts, preserving character while adding comfort and function. We understand the permitting process, zoning challenges, and what it means to build within legacy to honor history.
