🧐 Everyone has different perspective on him and his Life 🙏

But We all knew Bill was a man that loved the simple things in Life. A man of simple pleasures.

Sitting outside with rays of sunshine hitting his face.

A first Down in Football.

Or even some chocolate, from the hidden away stash.

His Inner light and warmth, kept shining through no matter what

We all Wanted to be with him, hear him speak or catch the amazingness that was him in action

Everyone Gravitated towards him

You could see his patience and vibrancy in his Timeless style.

A little wacky and fun but deeply connected to himself and his inner strength.

A man that Never felt sorry for himself - always stayed positive

And understood that to Take the next step in life you will most likely need to find a new way to do things

A Deeply Human being that Fundamentally changed our perspective on life, for life

What he endured was an inspiration

I am more because I knew bill

He was our Elder

Our Chief

I am grateful for Being apart of his tribe

🎭 Improv @portlandcenterstage 😇

Finally learning the dark arts of improvisation! 🪄

We played an intro game and I was Wizard Will 🧙‍♂️

I’ve been a HUGE fan for years watching and waiting for my turn. I did drama class in high school but honestly that was more of a fuck off class than anything…

Now after jumping in the circle I’m kind of sad I haven’t been apart of this longer!

Stand-up will forever be apart of me but improv might just be my evolved state 👋

🌱 Back to the Craft 🛢

Since I haven’t been able to dab for a few weeks now post surgery I’ve been studying traditional H@sh techniques.

Watching @frenchycannoli workshops and re-watching @bcbubbleman videos.

I’ve had the honor of spending time @legendsofhashish and with some of the world’s best makers, breeders and growers.

I forget that not everyone lives and breaths the plant but I’m so grateful to be able to slowly get back into my craft with a deeply new perspective 🙏

🙄After 20+ years of fighting 🎉

Years of being gas lit by “medical professions”, constant injuries and “mystery” symptoms I’m starting to understand my mind, body and nervous system.

I’ve been having true health struggles since I was a kid and it always seemed to be I was too weak, sensitive or making things up to get out of school…

It’s hard being the only one who knows something is happening and not being believed, supported or worse, ostracized.

Finding plant medicine truly gave me my life back at a time when nothing else worked and for so many years I was told the plant was causing the problems - even when I went in for this surgery the anesthesiologist was questioning me, I had him laughing by the end but people shouldn’t have to be able to debate for their health.

I’ve learned an insane amount about the body, mind and spirit because I had to. I hope my experiences will help somebody else believe in themselves to find the right team for them.

I want to truly thank my family and @loves2giggle because they have been with my through this journey and always gave me grace and understanding.

It’s going to be a journey ahead to finally find a way to move from survival to thriving and I’m so fucking excited to finally have some answers!

🙏 Alive and Well! 🌕

Man, surgery really wasnt so bad! Show up, take a nap and go home…healing up nicely 👍

I’ve had a few days to spend really experiencing some stillness and interospection, heavy drugs will do that.

Thinking about what really matters, how I want to be showing up for myself and my community and what the hell I want to do with this one life of mine.

Losing an absolute legend in the Portland Comedy Community has been a major blow. Seeing the outpouring of love and support for eachother has been heartwarming and deeply heartbreaking ❤️‍🩹

Sometimes in the stillness you can see the beauty even in the darkness and I have to say, for all those carrying the light through the darkness it can be tremendously HEAVY.

Tell everyone you love them, they matter and we need them on this earth 🌎
