Our dining room…. When incorporating art work I’ve used vintage oil paintings from France, mixed with intricate skull drawings, prints from Montreux Jazz festival & pieces gathered from sellers on Etsy. Mix modern & traditional to curate a truly personal look. We’ve been collecting art for over 20 years and I think it makes a house a home. It’s tells the story of our lives, where we’ve travelled, what we’ve done & who we’ve met along the way. Use the colour palette from the room & select pieces to echo those tones. Here the reflective aluminium shot of a Lisbon street is by @philcarriere_fineart - we just keep on collecting his pieces. They are wonderfully gritty photos created in such a clever way. #willowdesigncollective #homestyling #philcarrierephotography #interiorgoals #artwork #vintageart #interiordesignernewcastleupontyne taken in Whickham by @willowdesigncollective

Not sure when I started loving these warmer colours to use in design but they feel really cozy. #willowdesigncollective #newcastleinteriordesigner #UKInteriorStylist #UKInteriors #ColourfulInteriors #ModernVintageStyle

How can I love salt this much?? Every flavour ….. and we will try to test them all - from chilli & orange to lavender to smoked… they sell it. Best on tomatoes. 🍅 I also think the design is beautiful 🤩 Take me back to gorgeous Mallorca #willowdesigncollective #salt #uniqueshops #estrenç #saltplains #mallorca taken in Salinas d'Es Trenc by @willowdesigncollective

Although my design style isn’t farmhouse, it fits @fontsanta so well. The relaxed atmosphere and serene colour palate is perfect for this dreamy Mallorcan thermal spa destination. What I really love though is the marriage of modern and traditional decor, furniture and art. It’s spot on. Who would think of drawing coloured lines in the floor tiles? Putting vintage lace framed alongside a modern curvy sideboard?? Genius and works so harmoniously together. #farmhousedesign #willowdesigncollective #mixingvintageandnew #spa #interiordesign #newcastleupontyne taken in Fontsanta Hotel by @willowdesigncollective

Love a little WC where the design can just run wild 🙌🏼 it’s a bit like a disco in here. We used some leftover beautiful Pratt & Larson tiles from our Canadian kitchen backsplash in here too …... #smallwcdesign #prattandlarson #willowdesigncollective #whickham #newcastleupontyne #interiorstyling #gobigorgohome💪 #interiorstyling #interiordecor by @willowdesigncollective

The kitchen in our previous home. The absolute heart of our home. Loved this space. Full of kids coming & going and friends knocking on the door. We all miss it! It was a huge inspiration for our current kitchen as it worked so well for our family. It was light, full of art and full of laughter. #willowdesigncollective #whickham #newcastle #UKInteriorStylist #UKInteriors #ColourfulInteriors #ModernVintageStyle

After a long break from Instagram, I’m finally back—with lots to share. A new company name and lots of interiors inspiration.
The past (nearly) three years in England have been a whirlwind of change and creativity. We extended and fully renovated our 1980s home, tucked away on a quiet court with far-reaching views and a beautiful sunny aspect.
It’s now a colour-filled, light-loving space designed for our busy family life. I can’t wait to take you along as I share the journey, the details, and the joy of making this house our home. #willowdesigncollective #whickham #newcastle #northeastengland #InteriorStyling #InteriorDesign #HomeStyling #InteriorInspo #InteriorDecor
