Not every forehead should be frozen. 😬😬😬

Sometimes excellent injecting means treating conservatively, adjusting placement, preserving purposeful movement—or honestly explaining why your anatomy may not tolerate a completely smooth forehead.

If you’re already using your forehead muscle to hold up your brows and lids, aggressively relaxing it can leave you feeling heavy, hooded and tired.

Botox is preventative maintenance—not an emergency renovation. Starting later doesn’t mean it’s too late, but deeply etched lines usually require more time, consistency and investment to soften.

Natural results require strategy—not more units.

Let the Goose 🪿 know….it’s Silly Season

Yes. These are actual things patients have said to me in clinic. 😂💉

And while we can laugh about them, there’s a little education behind every one.

My job isn’t just to inject what you ask for. It’s to educate you, assess what you actually need, and formulate a treatment plan specifically for your face, your anatomy, and your goals.

And sometimes that means I’m going to tactfully tell you…

“No.”
“That’s not how that works.”
“You don’t need that.”
“TikTok lied to you.”
Or my personal favorite: “We’re not doing that to your face.” 😂

I will always respect what you want—but I’m also going to be honest about what I think will look good, what’s safe, and what’s actually worth your money.

Consider it education with a side of loving brutality. 💅🏼💉

Because at Willow, the goal isn’t to sell you syringes or units.
