101 miles on the West Highland Way, a bagpiping class, and Nessie really brought out the 41% Scottish in me 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

When Shelb pitched this hike a year ago, I of course said yes and then did zero research to know how hard it would be LOL. It was unbelievably rewarding and inspiring to do this with my best friends of over 20 years!🥲🩷 taken in Scottish Highlands by @willowsprague

I can’t really believe that I’m writing this and that we’re FINALLY allowed to talk about it — you can catch Jess and I wearing matching yellow pants on Shark Tank TONIGHT!!! 👯‍♀️

I am fully overwhelmed by the blessing of this opportunity and so I’m gonna get real sappy about it:

Jess and I started BarBees as two best friends looking for something fun to do together. As big of dreamers as we are, I can’t say that we thought that fun idea would be our “As Seen on Shark Tank” business five years later 🤣

As Jess and I have been “raising” this business, BarBees has kind of been raising us too, in a way. It’s become so much more than that fun idea those two 20-year-olds had — it’s been our first bold leap into the big world. It’s taught us how to be scrappier and more adaptable than ever. It’s taught us leadership and how to build a strong team. It’s humbled us and encouraged our strengths. And now it’s given us THE most nerve-wracking, mountain-top moment either of us have ever survived!!

It makes me real emo thinking about all of the people that have had a hand in making this our reality, and so I want to share some gratitude. Thank you thank you thank you to our mentors and teachers who have poured into us as entrepreneurs and leaders. We wouldn’t be the business owners we are without you.

Thank you to our TEAM that has literally built this business alongside us! You are the ones who make this possible. We’re so grateful for the spunk and spirit you bring into every single cocktail class. (And special shoutout to all-star Director of Operations @victoriabspurlock for being the third heartbeat of this business) 🐝

Thank you to my circle of cheerleaders who love me and encourage me so well. I’m convinced I know the greatest people on this planet. I love you.

And to my business partner and best friend — there’s no one else I could have walked into that Tank with. Through every life extreme of the last six years, you’ve been right there next to me. BarBees has been the best adventure of my life because of YOU. I love you and I’m so proud of us 🤍

This summer !!! Got to spend time in all of my homes — Nashville, Denver, and little Welaka, FL with my grandparents 🤍 I also made a new home and moved to New York! Ahh!

Having lots of homes means always missing someone, but I’m just grateful to have so many sweet people to miss 🤍 by @willowsprague

Thirteen-year-old us realized that we would both celebrate our golden birthdays in the same year. So naturally we made a plan to visit the most golden place in the world together. Grateful for my childhood bestie who is equally committed to bringing childhood dreams to life !!

— desert excursion
— the Burj Kalifa
— the Presidential Palace + Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi
— the Dubai Miracle Garden
— the Global Village
— Devyn doing the Tom Cruise stunt on the Burj Kalifa (I think Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol 2011 had an influence on our perception of Dubai, and it did not disappoint lol)

My best friend who is still labeled as my sister on Facebook from when we started our accounts at 13 got ENGAGED last weekend to my other bestie, Erik !!!
