How do I know if I am where I’m supposed to be? Because it’s exactly where I am.” - Eckhart Tolle.

You know, I used to believe that healing had to look a certain way. It seemed like society had this idea of healing as a straight line, a destination we needed to reach. But over time, I’ve learned that healing can take many forms, and it can look and feel so different depending on where we are in our individual journeys.

Healing isn’t a race or a checklist we need to conquer; it’s a personal journey that each of us navigates in our own unique way. Wherever you find yourself in this process, please remember: you are not behind. You are continuously becoming, evolving with every experience and emotion that comes your way.

It’s also important to recognize that slowing down is just as vital as moving forward. Healing can look and feel different at various stages, and that’s completely okay! So, embrace your own unique path and acknowledge that every moment—no matter how small—contributes to your growth.

Let go of any expectations you might have and allow life to unfold naturally. Trust that you are exactly where you need to be on your journey. We’re all in this together, and your journey is just as important as anyone else’s. #authentic #authenticself #authetichealing #comeasyouare #selflove #mindoverbody #grounding #selfreflection by @willowtreeholistichealing

To Our Beloved Willow Tree Family

As we come together in reflection, we are reminded of these guiding words from the Guru Granth Sahib:

“Hukum Andar Sab Ko, Bahar Hukum Na Koi.”
"Everyone is subject to Divine Order; none is beyond it."

This year has been a journey of connection, growth, and shared purpose. Each one of you — whether you joined our events, supported us from afar, or simply walkealongside us — has been a part of this beautiful path. Your presence is a blessing, and we are so grateful for you.

Thank you for being part of our Willow Tree family. Let’s continue to grow together, rooted in love, faith, and community. We can’t wait to welcome you to future gatherings and create even more cherished moments.

TUNED IN. TAPPED IN. TURNED ON. ⚡️

Life Shift Method isn’t just breathwork.

It’s an immersive nervous-system experience designed to get you out of your head and back into your body , because sometimes you can understand exactly why you feel the way you feel and still have no fucking idea how to shift it.

That’s where we come in.

We blend breathwork detoxing, nervous system regulation, sound + frequency, meditation, energy work, NLP and intentional integration into one experience designed to help you release what your body has been carrying and reconnect with what’s underneath all the noise.

Some people come because they’re stressed as hell.
Some are grieving.
Some are successful but completely burnt out.
Some are navigating relationships, motherhood, identity shifts, addiction, heartbreak or major life transitions.

And some can’t even explain what’s wrong.

They just know:

“Something in my life needs to shift.”

That’s enough.

You don’t have to tell your entire life story.
You don’t have to have healing figured out.
And you definitely don’t have to be “spiritual enough.”

Come exactly as you are.

Breathe. Release. Regulate. Reconnect.

Then see what becomes possible when your mind, body and nervous system finally start working with you instead of against you.

This is Life Shift Method.
From the roots up. 🌱 by @willowtreeholistichealing

How many years can we spend TALKING about what happened… while our body is still holding onto it?

Therapy can be an incredibly valuable part of healing. But sometimes understanding the story intellectually is only one piece of the work.

Life Shift Method goes beyond the conversation.

We work with the body, breath, nervous system, sound, subconscious patterns, and emotional release to create an immersive experience designed to help you access what words alone may not reach.

That’s why people sometimes leave ONE Life Shift session feeling like they moved through layers they’ve been carrying for YEARS.

And a full retreat?

That’s not just a getaway.

It’s intentional time to disconnect from the noise, regulate, release, reconnect and SHIFT from the roots up.

You can spend years learning why you are the way you are.

Sometimes the next chapter is allowing your body to be part of the conversation.

This is Life Shift Method.

Comment “LIFESHIFT” for upcoming retreats + experiences. by @willowtreeholistichealing

Your nervous system affects EVERYTHING …. yet most of us were never taught how to actually care for it.

We’re taught to push through stress, stay busy, take a vacation, meditate… and keep going.

But true regulation goes deeper than temporary relief.

Life Shift Method brings complete nervous system care into an immersive experience, combining breathwork, nervous system regulation, sound + frequency therapy, meditation, intentional rest and powerful self-reflection.

Not just relaxation.
Not escaping your life.
Learning how to come back to yourself.

Happy Anniversary to the love of my life.

Twenty four years.

Ten years without you, and somehow this day still stops me in my tracks.

People say, “Happy Anniversary,” and I never quite know how to answer.

Is it happy?

It is because I got to love you.

And it’s heartbreaking because we were supposed to have so many more anniversaries.

I think that’s what grief is. Learning that two completely opposite things can exist in the same heart at the same time.

People often tell me I’ve found purpose in my pain.

They’re right.

Every family I sit with, every hand I hold, every conversation about love, loss, and letting go… you’re there. Our story is there. Loving you and losing you changed the course of my life. I know I wouldn’t be the woman I am today, or do the work I feel so deeply called to do, if I hadn’t walked through losing you.

But if I’m being completely honest…

I’d give every lesson back if it meant I could have one more ordinary day with you.

One more cup of tea.

One more walk in Elk Grove park.

One more hug.

One more “I’ll see you later.”

We were supposed to grow old together.

We were supposed to watch our children become adults, spoil our grandkids, argue over silly things, travel, and keep making memories until our hair turned grey.

Instead, I’ve had to learn how to keep living while carrying the biggest hole in my heart.

Damn… what a price to pay.

And yet, if someone asked me if I’d do it all again, knowing how our story would end…

I’d still choose you.

Every single time.

So Happy Anniversary, my love.

Thank you for the life we built, the family we created, and the love that still shapes who I am every single day.

I owe you so much.

In life.

In loss.

And in love.

Always. 🤍 by @willowtreeholistichealing

There were days when I thought 2025 was slow, I hadn’t done enough, healed enough, achieved enough, or even earned enough. Then I took the time to reflect and couldn’t decide which of the countless memories to post. It’s a blessing! Each step led to another, and the growth was exponential. I’m so grateful for the connections made, friendships kept, the people I’ve met (and lost) along the way. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else than where I am right now. This is just a little reminder, if you need it, that before an arrow is launched forward it must first be pulled back; you’re not breaking down, you’re breaking through. Let’s jump on the Year of the Horse and ride forward! Much love ❤️ by @willowtreeholistichealing

This weekend offered a deeply emotional and grounding experience. We arrived curious and receptive, without knowing what to expect, and left with newfound clarity—along with answers we didn’t even know we were carrying.

Michelle welcomed us onto her beautiful ranch in Angels Camp, @thepaintedmaze —a sanctuary and rescue—and held a safe, intentional container for the work. Surrounded by the land, the horses, and the quiet presence of nature, so much emerged in ways we couldn’t have anticipated. With the Year of the Horse approaching, it felt especially meaningful to begin this work now—aligning with themes of freedom, authenticity, truth, and a renewed sense of forward movement.

The animals who share this land felt like gentle companions and silent witnesses throughout the journey. Being there for one another’s processes—listening, witnessing, and holding space—made the experience especially tender and meaningful. We’re still integrating what surfaced and remain truly blown away by the depth of the work we were able to do.

Thank you, Michelle. We will be back soon 💖 by @willowtreeholistichealing

Restart. Reset. Refocus.

Not because you failed.
Not because you’re behind.
But because your nervous system is asking for recalibration.

Some seasons stretch you thin.
Some seasons dismantle survival patterns you’ve outgrown.
Some seasons make it impossible to ignore what’s no longer sustainable.

This is the pause where you stop dragging yesterday into tomorrow.
This is where the body exhales.
This is where clarity returns.

Restart = choosing yourself again.
Reset = releasing what was never yours to carry.
Refocus = moving with intention instead of urgency.

We are not here for hustle-for-the-sake-of-hustle.
We are here for alignment that actually supports your life —
mentally, emotionally, energetically, and financially.

If this video landed in your body…
If something softened, clicked, or finally made sense…
That’s your signal.

Sometimes the most powerful move is the reset.
✨ This is your permission slip.
