You’ve been holding space for everyone else.

Perhaps it’s time for someone—or something—to hold space for you.

Rest in the gentle embrace of an aerial hammock as the resonance of Himalayan singing bowls invites your body into effortless stillness.

Weightless.

Held.

Safe.

Nothing to carry.

Nothing expected of you.

Only the feeling of being fully lifted and supported.

Some experiences can’t be explained.

They simply have to be felt.

Soundhealing circles are the most powerful as we have collective energy that amplifies the CHI in the space. Often the ones who has too much #Yin was recharged by the ones who has excessive #Yang. This is a strong type of chakra balancing.
For those who haven’t experienced my sound circle, I’d encourage you to give it a try. And the ones who already obsessed, you know that “my door is opening for you as always” ✨

Our 30×30 Yoga class for the Dubai Fitness Challenge, powered by lululemon Middle East and held in collaboration with Mall of the Emirates , brought people together in a calm and intentional way.

The space, the movement and the shared focus created a grounding atmosphere that reflected what mindful practice can offer.

Thank you to everyone who joined and made the morning meaningful.

Wellness activities are bringing people together, bringing liveliness to venues, bringing lights to shaded spaces. It’s a bridge to connect amazing place with elegant crowds.

We were lucky to have been there for the first sip of the winter air of Dubai, from the top at @taj.jlt

Can’t wait to create more of these beautiful moments with groups and businesses.

Amazing partner @predator.wellness and many more collaborations to go🤍

In China, our generation were always taught from the ancient wisdom “甘于平淡”, here I translate it as “find ease in plainness/simplicity”. 🧘🏻‍♀️
That’s also from metaphor of the preference to light food after a certain age, no matter how much you used to love savories/ sweets.

A lot more of these casual 4 character proverbs that we were able to recite since primary school, got us dozens of years to live and understand its essence ✨

I love you my amazing eastern roots and ancestors that had been keep inspiring the generations and planting the philosophical seed for self healing. 🌿

It starts from tea and snacks, good conversations over the table. Then @deenashandpan brings on the dreamy melody while her fingers dancing in the handpan. Our hands and body swing along the winter breeze just like our minds.

Our meditation and sound bath, starts from here. @willowwpillowww takeover from here and continue the sound magic with singing bowls.

This night, even the silence is melodic, smiles are effortless.

Introducing 𝘿𝙪𝙗𝙖𝙞 𝙃𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙨 𝘽𝙤𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙉𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 | 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 · 𝙎𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙡 · 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡.

A cozy bohemian gathering where your inner-self unfolds naturally, through live handpan melodies by @deenashandpan, guided meditation and the resonance of ancient Himalayan sound healing with @willowwpillowww.

Not another class nor networking event. Just a different kind of night out, right here in your neighborhood, where you’re hosted as a guest, not treated as a customer

We sit together and appreciate the scent of the tea, enjoying deep conversations and sometimes a little friendly competition over small games.

Dress code: Bohemian

Created for Dubai Hills and its neighbouring communities. A little closer to home, a little further from the hassles.

You won’t leave the way you arrived. Grounded in soul, calm in mind, and connected to your community.

If this is what you’ve been looking for, comment “Dubai Hills” or tag your Dubai Hills neighbor to know the schedule and details🌿

In Chinese culture, the 8th full moon in the lunar calendar represents reunion and wholeness. “每逢佳节倍思亲” — during festive seasons, we feel the distance from our homes and loved ones a little more deeply and more sentimentally.

In tribute to Chang’e, the Chinese Goddess of the Moon, I wore traditional Chinese dress inspired by the legend of her ascent to the moon, as a personal touch to honour the Mid-Autumn Festival.🌕

May this Mid-Autumn moon bring families together, reunite hearts across distances, and remind us that, wherever we are in the world, we all share the same moon.

Wishing you a Mid-Autumn Festival filled with love, harmony, and reunion.

Grateful for the support of @tajpalmdubai and @predator.wellness ✨

Happy floating, and happy sound healing 💫

Let the OG presenter answer you — what exactly is a 𝙎𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙤𝙣 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜, and who is it for?

Wrapped and gently lifted in a soft aerial hammock, your body becomes a cocoon, swaying with the intentionally arranged resonance of ancient Himalayan sound healing instruments, and let the eastern wisdom bring the cleanse and rain on your soul.

A womb-like floating experience that melts away stress and reconnects you with the effortless peace where life first began.

It’s precisely for those who:

✨ Are tired of cliché wellness events and want something more elevated
✨ Can’t seem to get rid of insomnia
✨ Lose focus and get distracted easily
✨ Find it difficult to sit cross-legged and meditate like a monk
✨ Are always holding space for others, constantly giving out
✨ Spend their days in meetings and conversations with multiple people
✨ Want to put down the phone but can’t stop scrolling
✨ Tend to stay tense even while on holiday and could enjoy
✨ Don’t feel truly rested after travelling
✨ Find it painful to lie on a hard surface for an hour during a sound healing session
…

𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙩 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡?

Recently, we bring in Handpan by the wonderful @deenashandpan — someone you may not want to miss if you’re into #DubaiHandpan.

Her melodies carry exactly the Yin energy I’m looking for to complement the Yang energy of my singing bowls.

And on a personal level, her energy complements mine just as beautifully. It’s one of those rare alignments where every session simply feels like pure enjoyment.

If you’d like to join us for the next chapter, find your best calling from Link in Bio🔗, we embrace you fully — with no judgment, no prejudice, and no need to be anything other than yourself.

Namaste 🙏
