Inktober Day 17: Gremlins 2: the New Batch (1990) is this the greatest Gremlins movie ever? I think so, it’s got every kind of Gremlin you would ever want, lady Gremlin, and Gremlins singing “New York, New York” what ELSE do you want from a Gremlins movie?!?

Inktober Day 16: Gremlins (1984) I resisted from putting this on the list for a minute because it’s just a Christmas movie that I didn’t want that mixing with my Halloween vibes but hey it’s still Gremlins! Gizmo over baby Yoda ANY day of the week

Inktober Day 15: Killer Klowns from Outer Space (1988) I never really found clowns scary as a kid but these klowns?! Rather intense for lil’ Willie P, but hey now I love these klowns and hope to summer with them in Milan.

Inktober day 14: Puppet Master (1989) this movie series was one I avoided forever since it was in that pantheon of “horror movie box art as a kid scared me while visiting the video store” (that and Jason goes to Hell) but these movies are a lot of fun and get progressively crazier

It’s the busiest time of year here in Salem and bingo is hitting the streets to see what it’s all about! Thanks again @the_thornfall_society for helping out!

Inktober day 13: Dolls (1987) glad to have Stuart Gordon on the list this year and its DOLLS! Kind of a fun horror fairy tale where believe it or not Dolls come to life and punish people being jerks in a mansion. Lesson learned: don’t be a jerk in a mansion with DOLLS!

Inktober day 12: Magic (1978) we got a puppet block!! That’s right the next few flicks are all puppet/doll horror movies INCLUDING Magic. Anthony Hopkins in this psychological horror thriller where you’ll question if he’s doing the killing or is it his freaky puppet self murdering folks. Fun stuff, five bags of popcorn. Willbob says go check it out.

Inktober day 11: Gamera: Guardian of the Universe (1995) I love Godzilla but Gamera has a special place in my weird ass heart. Kind of dorky for a kaiju but he’s here to protect the children! Unfortunately he couldn’t protect everyone and A LOT of people get eaten by Gyaos, pretty horribly too! Still love you Gammy Daddy

Inktober day 10: Godzilla Minus One (2023) it’s rare to get a new Godzilla movie that’s an instant classic but this is it. Outstanding effects and performances that takes this to the next level, the original first movie is sacred but GM1 should be on that same tier. Can’t wait for Godzilla Minus Zero!
