When your life is falling apart, meditation has a different job. Sometimes you don’t need another affirmation, another inspirational quote, or spiritual incense. Your life just caught fire. Incense is not the fire department. Meditation can help you regulate what you’re feeling, observe what is actually happening, and begin reconstructing yourself from a clearer state of mind. Motivation may start the journey—but consistency is what transforms you. Motivation says, “I feel like doing it today.” Consistency says, “I made a commitment to the person I’m becoming.” You won’t always feel inspired. But every time you keep going anyway, you strengthen the virtue of consistency—and that virtue becomes your spiritual superpower. Ready to discover which virtues are already strong within you—and which ones you need to build next? Take the SHURCH Spiritual Fitness Test at joinSHURCH.com. I BENT STAINLESS STEEL WITH MY MIND—AND THE SPOON IS NOT EVEN THE SUPERPOWER. 🥄🧠⚡ The spoon is only the receipt. No, this is not a scene from The Matrix. Look at my Apple Watch. At 6:17, the stainless-steel utensils were straight. By 6:49, they were folded, twisted and curled. I guarantee you cannot force these utensils into these shapes with ordinary arm strength the way I did through the focused power of my spiritual mind. But why bend a spoon? To show you that the energy is REAL. Because the same power directed toward bending metal can be directed toward physical, mental, emotional and spiritual healing. The power becomes what you direct it to become. I do not use meditation to relax. I use meditation to LEVEL UP. So the real question is not, “Can you bend a spoon?” The real question is: WHO ARE YOU BECOMING when you learn to direct the spiritual power already living inside you? This Saturday, August 22, at THE BECOMING MEDITATION IMMERSION, I am teaching the level of meditation, focus and energy behind what you see in these pictures. Your superpower may not be missing. It may simply be waiting for your direction. 🔥 Come discover who you are becoming: https://start.willpowerharris.com/becoming-retreat #meditation #matrix #bendingspoons by @willpower_harris
Shurch is an online meditation community I founded in April. We meet every Sunday and go live on YouTube. Can’t stop thinking about someone who hurt you? Learning how to let go is not about forgetting what happened. It is about breaking the cycle of overthinking, releasing emotional attachment, and protecting your inner peace. This simple mindfulness technique can help you stop replaying painful memories, redirect your thoughts to the present moment, and begin the process of emotional healing. Sometimes spiritual growth means realizing that everyone from your past does not deserve permanent access to your present. 🎥 More meditation, spirituality & personal transformation: https://youtube.com/@willharrisofficial #Overthinking #LettingGo #EmotionalHealing #InnerPeace #willpowerharris by @willpower_harris
Sometimes the biggest breakthrough is not learning how to tolerate life better. It is realizing you have been tolerating something you would never choose today. That relationship. That routine. That constant exhaustion. That version of yourself that keeps saying, “I am fine,” because changing anything feels harder than surviving it. But surviving and living are not the same thing. A powerful question for today: If I were choosing my life again from scratch, what would I stop accepting? That question is at the heart of The Becoming Meditation Immersion — a transformational experience designed to help you examine what was, release what no longer belongs, and intentionally create who you are becoming. 🔆 Learn more about The Becoming: https://start.willpowerharris.com/becoming-retreat Stop renewing subscriptions to versions of your life you have already outgrown. Shurch is an online meditation community I created this past April. Love it! It led me to doing social media posts again and leading meditation retreats. Sometimes you do not need another vacation. You need a life where you don’t constantly need to escape. ❤️ 🔴 SHURCH LIVE SUNDAYS — 1:11 PM ET Watch Live on YouTube @WillHarrisOfficial #Meditation #SpiritualGrowth #SHURCH #Becoming willpowerharris by @willpower_harris
