Hi, guys! I meant to post this video on TikTok last April. But since today’s the 35th anniversary of Nicktoons, I decided to spotlight a selective DVD and Blu-ray collection of my favourite Nicktoon, SpongeBob SquarePants.

So far, I have all 15 seasons on DVDs, all four movies on Blu-ray, and one Broadway Musical on DVD. I grew up with the series since I was little.

Hi, guys! Here’s the speedpaint video for today’s artwork I have made recently.

For my final MerMay artwork of this year (I was a bit late for the entry), I drew an artwork for the entry: Your Character from LaeMerMay26: Disney Edition made by @laefey.

For this entry, I chose both Phineas and Isabella from my favourite Disney show, Phineas and Ferb, and draw both of them making some sea shanties, with Phineas playing an accordion and Isabella (as a mermaid) singing. Originally, this was supposed to be for the “Sea Shanty” entry from the Official MerMay prompt, but I decided to save this idea for this entry.

Also, I have some fun working on some of the prompts that interests me during May for the MerMay art challenges this year.

For my next entry, I drew an artwork for today’s entry: Chibi from the official MerMay prompt made by @mermay_official (@tombancroft1, @whitneypollett, and @lb.illustrates).

For this artwork, I decided to draw Ariel again, but this time in the style of the Disney Channel series of shorts called Chibi Tiny Tales, or Chibiverse. I know that they already made the “As Told By Chibis” shorts for Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Tangled, Moana, and Hercules to name a few, so that’s how I got the idea to Chibi-fied the little mermaid herself.

What do you think of my artwork? 😊🧜‍♀️

For this entry, I return to the fun dynamics with Archie and Mermaid Sabrina like from last year. This time, I drew a scenario Sabrina magically made a portal to see Archie, forgetting that when she is underwater, she brings the seawater to Archie’s room.

Hi, guys! Here’s my speedpaint video for today’s artwork I have made recently.

For my next artwork of MerMay, I meant to post this artwork yesterday, but I like to be a perfectionist with my artworks by adding in the finishing touches on my artwork. For this artwork, I decided to combine the two prompts (although for one prompt, I was late for, but for the other prompt, I was a bit too early for):

Day 25: Fairy Tail from the official MerMay prompt made by @mermay_official (@tombancroft1, @whitneypollett, and @lb.illustrates).

And Day 29: Elsa from LaeMerMay26: Disney Edition made by @laefey.

In this artwork, I wanted to do something for these two prompts. Originally, I wanted to make an artwork that for the theme of “Fairy Tail” for the main MerMay prompt and draw my favourite character from Frozen for Laefey’s MerMay prompt, but looking at how other artists actually included fairytale elements for their artworks, I decided to combine the prompts together (also because I might have something planned for the “Portals” entry for the main MerMay prompt for May 29th).

Also, my main inspiration for this artwork is the one time I become creative with combining the three elements of a Lego minidoll together (Elsa from Frozen Fever with her hair from her snow queen variant from Frozen II and Ariel’s mermaid tail since both the tail and Elsa’s green dress have the same colour). That idea actually stuck with me to the point that I have to draw that idea.

I have made the seventh artwork for this Special Fan Art Project. To recap, I have done the artwork for this project that includes Spidey, Mickey, Phineas, Twilight, SpongeBob, and Marinette that all centres around the theme of heroes becoming villains, or dark forms.

For the seventh artwork of this project, I decided to draw Finn the Human (or in this case, Farmworld Finn) as Ice Finn from Adventure Time with Finn and Jake (specifically the episodes “Finn the Human,” “Jake the Dog,” and “Crossover,” although recently, he technically made a cameo in Adventure Time with Fiona and Cake through the episode “Destiny”).

Hi, guys! Part 7 of this special fan art project is almost done. I’m just putting on some finishing touches for the artwork. So to keep you tied over until then, here’s a recap of who I have drawn for this project since last August with a few additions that are from either a recent movie or a recent episode of their respective series.

As you can tell, this project’s theme is about heroes becoming villains, or dark forms (in most cases). The characters I have drawn for this project so far are:

- Spider-Man (Peter Parker) in his Venom symbiote suit from the PS5 game, Spider-Man 2
- Mickey Mouse (or Monster Mickey) from the 1995 Mickey Mouse short “Runaway Brain”
- Phineas Flynn from “Phineas and Ferb” as Dr. Doofenshmirtz (or as the series’ co-creator, Dan Povenmire, refers to him on one of his recent TikTok videos as “Doofineas”), inspired by the season 5 episode, “Dooflicated”
- Midnight Sparkle (Twilight Sparkle’s villainous alter-ego) from both “My Little Pony: Equestria Girls: Friendship Games” and “My Little Pony: Equestria Girls: Legend of Everfree”
- SpongeBob SquarePants as the Flying Dutchman (a.k.a. Flying Dutchman’s Curse SpongeBob) from the 2025 movie, “The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants”
- Marinette Dupain-Cheng as her akumatized form, Heartfixer, from the animated series “Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir”, particularly the season 6 episode, “Heartfixer”
