If you have talked to me over the past year then you have probably heard what I am doing. I am doing the FCMI internship at The Family Church!

FCMI is an internship where we have 2 semesters a Fall and a Spring semester.

Fall semester: During the fall semester we live in the dorms at TFC and have classes throughout the week to prepare us for our next step in the spring semester.

Spring semester: During the spring semester we will be living in Nuevo Progreso, Mexico for 12 weeks serving the community and spreading Gods word.

We are in week 2 of the fall semester currently and I have enjoyed every bit of it.

Well if you know me you know that this is something I never thought I would do especially moving away to a different country for a season. I thought I would just graduate college and go to work, but sometimes our plans aren’t the right ones. So over the last year God called me to do this and give him this season of my life and I couldn’t deny it. So now I am so excited to have given him this yes and to see what he does in me and my life along with everything he does in Nuevo Progreso! Which is a place that has always had a piece of my heart as you can tell from these pictures and the many times I have been there. It holds my heart along with so many memories and I can’t wait to make more! His plans will always be better than mine!

Above all I ask for your support through prayer for me and the rest of the interns as we go into this season. It would mean the world to me🫶!

Man… the story may not have ended how we intended it to and it stings but it was an amazing journey that I will never forget. We had a special group of players and an amazing coaching staff that gave their all every single day. Sometimes God just has other plans and in the losses there is alway lessons. Wouldn’t have wanted to do it with any other group! Thank yall for making my first year of coaching an unforgettable one!❤️ by @willte7

The Love I have for Nuevo Progresso and the love they show in return is like no other! Thank you God for giving me the opportunity to do things like this! I always come out a better person than I went in and I always look forward to going back every single year. I miss Mi Amigos already! I love you Nuevo Progresso!🇲🇽❤️

Well Meghan today is the day you have talked about for a while just not as much as Emily😂 the good ole wedding day! You and Emily have left me now home alone stuck with all the old memories😭. It’s gonna be prettyyy boring without yall. I’m gonna miss going in your room just to mess with stuff and aggravate you and I’m definitely gonna miss going make you laugh and joking with you all the time. Surprisingly I never thought I would but I’m also gonna miss you coming up to me with a new random diagnosis or being scared and asking me to pray for you sometimes even literally out of my sleep🤦‍♂️😂. But also with that being said you are going into an amazing chapter and you have the perfect person for it because I couldn’t have picked a better person for you than Kaiden.
