Fed my cup addiction with a new one tonight...♡♡ then went and shook that lemonade right back out of me and then rode it away for 50 minutes. Apparently I looked exhausted today after going to lunch and hour and a half late....go figure by @wilsosm1

How do you get rid of stress? I have to say Rise and Source are absolutely amazing products that help me daily....this school year is reminding me why I do my job- I LOVE the kids more than ever. Yesterday I got to see a former student now doing ABA- his hug and the healthy look of him were awesome♡ today I get reminded that when one student leaves for an appointment that I can easily slide to another two kiddos while I wait. I also was reminded that we all cry one time or another but can get over it also. It's amazing how angry one person can get over little things like animals as they learn to accept everything doesn't change because you get upset and cry. The most important thing I do DAILY to rid my brain of stress is exercise- it seems to be growing longer because 39 minutes my mind wasn't clear but 55 minutes it finally felt better.... by @wilsosm1

A WICKED crazy day deserves a change of straw cover....2 hour meeting with breakfast from PTA, working on Essential Trainings, then went to pick up my glasses that I got a call were done yesterday- glasses made with wrong prescription so 2 weeks to remake them Saturday to Wednesday was the fastest two weeks ever. I go in they "can't find them", come back and re-ask my name, after telling her AGAIN, she still can't find them so I said I got a call yesterday that my LENS were done so then I see her walk to another lady and hand her a package that is the size of lens but not glasses. They continue looking and I go outside for my cup, after coming back I sat and waited very irritated, the original lady walks out of the back and from behind the counter looks at me and says they are " working on it", so I said working on what- putting my glasses together or are they still working on finding them...she didn't really answer. Over 5 minutes later the guy brings out my glasses to clean them, says sorry it took so long...Long story short if you need glasses do not go to ABBA Eye on Fountain Mesa/Mesa Ridge by Safeway. Their customer service has been horrible 3 of the 4 visits I have been in to get my glasses!!! by @wilsosm1

46 minutes on the bike, 10 minutes on the vibration plate after a fun filled day at work. Didn't even get out of my car before the fun started this morning....♡

Once upon a time there was a paraprofessional who took OVERWHELMING pride in ALL of her students and watching every single one of them grow EVERY year- yes some days are tougher than others, some years are tougher than others but NEVER EVER will you hear me say I don't like my job or that I don't like a student!!! This is year 28 and I STILL love my job for ALL the little reasons by @wilsosm1
