Hokkaido autumn road trip 🍁🚗

Everyone asks why autumn, not winter — but I loved this trip so much. Beautiful countryside drives, sea, lake, forest, fewer crowds, foxes on the road… and almost hitting a deer 😭
Different season, different beauty. Most importantly, great memories with great company.

6AM GET READY WITH ME ☀️🏃🏻‍♂️
KL Car Free Morning edition!

Morning run essential —
☀️ SUNSCREEN — Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Fluid Sunscreen SPF50+ is lightweight, fast-absorbing, with protection against UVB & UVA — perfect for my weekly morning runs or everyday use.

💦 Hydro Boost Water Gel — designed to hydrate up to 10 layers deep.
🫧 Deep Clean Gentle Cleanser — helps restore the skin barrier with no tight after-wash feeling.

For those who haven’t tried KL Car Free Morning, selected KL roads are closed to traffic on Sunday mornings so everyone can run, cycle and enjoy the city. 🏃🏻‍♂️

Today’s 7KM took us around KL, passing KL Tower, KLCC and many familiar KL landmarks. 🏙️🇲🇾 Love seeing initiatives like this encouraging everyone to stay active and healthy!

Never thought I’d be joining HYROX Jakarta.
A friend had to withdraw, and he asked if I’d step in. Just like that, I found myself on the start line of my very first HYROX.

I never expected this race to become one of the highlights of my year.

I’m so glad I said yes. What started as a last-minute opportunity turned into an unforgettable experience.

A huge thank you to my HYROX partner, @kelvin.kyb . We only met because of this race, but thanks for trusting me, pushing through every station together, and making my first HYROX such a memorable one. Couldn’t have asked for a better teammate. 🤝🏁

First HYROX. Definitely not my last. 💙

其实保养也没有很复杂。
最近开始用 Neutrogena Hydro Boost，尤其喜欢 Niacinamide Serum 💧
简单、快速，准备睡觉 - 晚安 🌙
