I tore my ACL at Tied Down Detroit back at the end of May and finally had surgery this morning. Everything went great.

Thank you to everyone who’s checked in on me, and especially my wonderful girlfriend @jordanhaley75 for taking such good care of me through all of this. taken in Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak Michigan by @winbroski

Happy 4th Birthday to my boy Hutch.

I still get emotional when I think about how he was 30 mins away from euthanasia, and I thank God (and my mother) for putting me in a position to save him. He was so misunderstood and is the sweetest angel boy imaginable. I’m so grateful he gets to live life with us, and we get to live life with him.

We love you Buddy 🖤 by @winbroski

Happy 1 year anniversary my sweet girl @jordanhaley75

I love you more and more every day, and I’m so lucky to get to do life with you. You’re the best partner a man could ever ask for 🖤

@mabelgraykitchen was a 10/10 experience, from the mocktails through all 8 courses of the tasting menu, we were truly blown away. by @winbroski

1 year alcohol free. This world constantly encourages us to numb, escape, and fold. In a society so out of control, my sobriety is the one thing I do control. A confident existence, without substance assistance. taken in Royal Oak, Michigan by @winbroski

2025 was the year I showed up for myself.

2026 is the year I do it again with more intention.

I’ll overcome.

We spent Thanksgiving up in the Keweenaw Peninsula and it was beautiful! Special thank you to my aunt for being such a gracious host. Blizzard conditions and 20 hours of total drive time made it one for the books. taken in Keweenaw Peninsula by @winbroski
