Quality is an ongoing practice of observing, reflecting, questioning, and thinking deeply about who we are as a community. It asks us to align our values, share our perspectives, and hold a collective vision for what we hope for our children.

Thank you to our Windmill community for joining us for an evening to pause, listen to our educators, hear their thinking, and reflect together on the work happening in our classrooms. taken in Windmill School by @windmillschool

Connection. Attunement. Relationship first.

The first days in our classrooms are about slowing down, getting to know one another, noticing the little things, and creating a sense of belonging.

Before anything else, we make space for connection! When children feel seen, known, and safe, beautiful learning begins to unfold.
