Thank you all for coming out to our Hammock Bay Fall Festival! 🎃
We had an amazing time celebrating our community and are so grateful for everyone who came out to support us. From our incredible local vendors and the Rick Berthod Band on stage to fun games for the kids and delicious food, it was such a special evening. We loved seeing everyone out enjoying the festivities, and we feel so grateful to have each of you as part of our Hammock Bay community.

Our Hammock Bay Community Yard Sale is happening this Saturday, October 17, from 7 AM to 12 PM! The weather is looking wonderful, and we can’t wait to see everyone out and about shopping, selling, and enjoying the community!

The yard sale will take place throughout all of Hammock Bay, including Creekside and Steamboat Landing. Please be mindful of pedestrians as you travel through the community.

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Lazy Day Farms will no longer be coming to Hammock Bay for the Pumpkin Festival. We’ve had to make a slight pivot, but we are SO excited to announce that Hammock Bay will be hosting a Fall Festival instead! 🍂

Join us at The Windmills on Saturday, October 17 from 4–8 PM for an amazing afternoon the whole family will enjoy!
We’ll have:
🎃 Vendors
🎪 Carnival games
🍴 Food trucks
🍂 Fun activities for the whole family
🎶 Live music featuring The Rick Berthod Band!
And we are especially excited about our entertainment! The award-winning Rick Berthod Band is traveling all the way from Las Vegas to perform right here in Hammock Bay! We are so excited to have them join us for this special afternoon.

We truly appreciate everyone’s understanding as we navigate this last-minute change. While this isn’t exactly what we originally planned, we’re excited to make the most of it and create a fun Fall Festival for our community!

Unfortunately, the Hammock Bay Community Yard Sale has been postponed again due to the tropical storm expected to impact our area this weekend.

Join us next Saturday, October 17, from 7 AM–12 PM for our community-wide yard sale! We’re hoping for beautiful weather and can’t wait to see everyone out shopping, selling, and enjoying the community.

Join us Friday, October 30 at 7 PM at the Windmills for our first-ever Silent Disco Movie Night featuring Halloweentown! 🎧🎬

So how does a silent disco movie night work? Everyone will grab a pair of headphones and have three channels to choose from:

🎬 Channel 1: Halloweentown — for anyone who wants to watch the movie.

🎶 Channel 2: Kids’ dance music — for the kiddos who would rather dance, run around, and get some energy out.

🎸 Channel 3: Yacht Rock — for the adults who want to listen to some good music while hanging out.

The best part is you can switch between channels whenever you want!

Join us for our Farmers Market on Saturday, October 24th, from 4–8 PM at The Windmills!

We’ll have live music on stage by The Duchess, and it’s also our annual Trunk or Treat! Bring the kiddos in their favorite Halloween costumes and stop by each vendor for some spooky treats!
