8w pregnancy update: I really gotta lock in and keep my intake up to prevent nausea and protein to lessen chances of diet related complications. Trying to avoid medication if I can. Got prescribed weekly IVs today. Confirmed I am not sensitized. Secured my midwife today. Started interviewing birth photographers. Things are moving along. Im getting my spark back by relentlessly speaking up for my needs. It’s ok if your stuggles aren’t as bad as whoever you’re comparing to. Your feelings of struggle are valid and taking steps to get your needs taken care of will transform your entire aura.
