I was that girl...lost, ready to give up, until one teacher refused to let me.
Her name was Ms. Quillen… and her belief in me changed my life. 💕 swipe to see my story⬅️

She is the reason I pour so much into young girls because I will never forget that day...
I want to be the Ms. Quillen they remember...the one who believed in them when they couldn’t believe in themselves. I want them to feel what I felt from that one person who cared to stop me after 6 teachers cared less and signed on the dotted line. Thank you❤️

When God removes, He always restores with greater purpose.
The Peace Project was something I carried on my heart for a long time, but it wasn’t until stepping into my new role at a new school as the School Social Worker that it finally came to life. Now, it’s being implemented in not just one, but two schools. God’s timing is never late...He makes us wait so we can walk into something bigger than we imagined. Trust His process. 🙏🏼❤️

The MAN. = My Everything! ❤️🙏🏼

I spent so much time looking for things that only God could give me. Now I’m learning that the greatest love...peace...and fulfillment come from knowing HIM...that kind of love changes you. ❤️

If you know me...yall already know I’m showing up for EVERY game..EVERY cheer..EVERY event! Watching my girl step into high school cheering her heart out...taking on leadership roles and make her mark is such a blessing! 🥹

These four years will fly by...and I refuse to miss a moment!
One thing about me..my girl will NEVER have to look in the crowd and wonder if her Mama is there! I’ll always be her biggest cheerleader and loudest supporter! ❤️🥹#cheermom #cabrinicrescents #momlife #bestie 👯‍♀️📣 by @windymariea

Two Bibles..Two hearts..two journeys toward God.. @journalofme_pey

They say..."We don’t see you much anymore.” Well...God has been changing my direction. Watching my daughter walk in obedience inspired me to seek Him even deeper...and now I'm choosing more of Him and less of the things that once had my attention...

We may not know exactly where this journey will take us...but one thing is certain...wherever He leads...we’re following..His way..His timing..His will...🙏🏽📖🤞🏽❤️

Another year of life, another chapter of my testimony. #49

My journey hasn’t always been easy, and it definitely hasn’t gone exactly the way I planned..but through every high, every low, every closed door, every new beginning, and every lesson, God has kept me. 🙏🏽

This birthday feels different...I’m not just celebrating getting older...I’m celebrating how far I’ve come, who I’m becoming, and the God who has been faithful through it all.

Some chapters stretched me. Some humbled me. Some brought me closer to God..and some showed me just how strong my faith could become when I had no choice but to trust Him.

So today, I celebrate my journey AND my testimony. I’m still growing. Still learning. Still healing. Still becoming. But most importantly, I’m still walking with God..

Here’s to another year of purpose, peace, obedience, blessings, and becoming everything God has called me to be.

🥂 Happy Birthday to me. 🎉🎉💃🏽💃🏽

My story is still being written, and God still holds the pen...#birthdaygirl by @windymariea

High school is off to such a beautiful start at @cabrininola

From walking through the doors as a freshman to already finding her place, getting involved, and stepping into leadership...I’m so proud of her!

She was chosen to serve as the Freshman Class Representative on the Campus Ministry Executive Board 🙏🏽✝️ and received her very first pin for her blazer! 🥹
She’s also having an amazing experience as part of the cheer team 📣 something that has been so wonderful for her...

One of the best parts of this new chapter has been seeing her meet some amazing new friends and create memories that I know she’ll carry with her throughout high school...
Watching her grow in her faith, step into leadership, making new friends and embrace all these new experiences has been such a blessing. 💚
We’re only at the beginning...but freshman year has already been so good to her.

I can’t wait to see everything God has in store for you over these next four years @journalofme_pey Love you and so proud of you! #mom

I am incredibly proud of my beautiful girl! @journalofme_pey

I’m always amazed by how hard you work and the dedication you bring to everything you do. Seeing you happy at Cabrini High School, making new friends, meeting new people, and shining with your sweet, kind spirit fills my heart with so much joy. The best part is watching your obedience to God and always putting HIM first. 🙏🏼

Your happiness is my favorite thing to watch. Keep being yourself, keep working hard, and keep letting your light shine. I love you more than words can say. 💚#proudmom #cabrinicrescents #cheer by @windymariea
