As we close out the third season of Wine & Dine Dames, I find myself reflecting on one of the greatest joys of this journey: the privilege of meeting restaurateurs, chefs, and hospitality professionals who pour their whole hearts into creating memorable experiences for others.

Our May dinner at Pastor at Pascal was one of those evenings. Chef Alberto Pastor and his team welcomed us with extraordinary warmth, beautiful Basque-inspired cuisine, thoughtfully selected wines, and the kind of hospitality that makes a restaurant feel like a gathering among friends.

As if the evening itself were not enough, they left us with this gift, a beautifully produced reel that perfectly captures the spirit of the night: the laughter, the conversation, the wine, the food, and the friendships that continue to flourish around our table.

Thank you, Chef Alberto Pastor, for bringing this gem to Coral Gables and for helping us bring our third season to such a meaningful close. We are grateful for your generosity, your talent, and your passion for creating memorable experiences.

Wine & Dine Dames 🍷✨

This week we escaped, if only for an evening, to the warmly lit dining room of @pastor_at_pascal Pastor at Pascal, a space that felt less like Coral Gables and more like a tucked-away restaurant in San Sebastián. Under the care of Executive Chef Alberto Pastor, we enjoyed an extraordinary Basque-Spanish menu where every course told a story of tradition, place, and comfort.

The evening explored contrasts: Old World and New World wines — from the elegant Riojas of López de Haro @haciendalopezdeharo to the expressive Argentine wines of Susana Balbo, @susanabalbowines Argentina’s first female enologist and a pioneer whose work helped elevate Argentine wine on the global stage.

From Salmorejo paired with Rioja Rosado, to sea bass alongside Susana Balbo’s Signature White Blend, rich oxtail with Rioja Reserva, and a sweet finish with late harvest Torrontés… each pairing reminded us why food and wine are among life’s greatest ways to experience culture.

What began nearly three years ago as a small gathering of women around a dinner table has become a community built on curiosity, friendship, and delightful gastronomic experiences. Grateful for every woman who has pulled up a chair with us.

A proper ending to our third Wine & Dine Dames season. We’ll take a brief summer pause and return soon for Year 4 — with new tables, new stories, and new places to discover together.

Celebrating Three years of Wine & Dine Dames 🤍

From our very first dinner and a WhatsApp group of just 8 women to the strong, vibrant community we have today, this has always been about more than wine and food. Though the wine and food has been divine!!! This community is about curiosity, a passion for learning and evolving, while connecting with the dynamic women and restaurants/ hospitality partners that are shaping Miami.

We celebrated our anniversary BIG with full hearts and magnums of our favorite @champagne_billecart_salmon champagnes including 2015 Billecart Rosé 🍾 and an unforgettable Lebanese dining experience @amalmiami Amal—the perfect setting for such a meaningful milestone.

Cheers to the Dames, the friendships, the conversations, and the genuine bonds formed around our table.So grateful for each of you. Season 3 keeps raising the bar. 🥂
On a rainy, stormy Miami night, we stepped through the doors of @zitsum into a secret room, thirty eight seats, and one unforgettable night. Thank you to the brilliant Diana, whose wine pairings were nothing short of poetry — from a Pinot Noir Champagne all the way to a Bobal Dulce from Spain that had us all saying one more sip.
Last night was the best kind of chaos ever! Amazing food, great conversations 👐
Hands up if you had the time of your life. 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

TIN TIN x WINE & DINE DAMES 🌴✨🍷

Last night was pure Miami magic. Vibrant. Creative. Colorful. Bold.

Right at the entrance of Little Havana, inside the world Sachi Statz has built @tin.tin.miami we experienced Cuban cuisine like we’ve never had before. It was elevated, artful, yet full of flavor and soul. Chef Victor and Chef Diego reimagine Cuban cuisine with artistry (that malanga cacio e pepe?! creamy, puffy, unreal).Sommelier Marla amazed us with such perfect wine pairings and selections.

And the Dames?
We matched the energy. 💃🏽✨and brilliance that shapes Miami.

TinTin isn’t just dinner. It’s Miami’s evolution on a plate.

Wine & Dine Dames @wineanddinedames was born from a simple idea: to create a space where women could come together over great food and wine, learn something new, and build genuine connections around the table. 🍷✨
What I didn’t anticipate was just how meaningful those monthly gatherings would become, the amazing conversations, and the strong dining society we would create. As we close out 2025 and our third season, I’m feeling incredibly grateful.

This fall marked our third season and we gathered around the table for four unforgettable dinners:
• Arcano Restaurant @arcanomiami
• Bouchon Bistro @bouchon_bistro
• Taberna Giralda @latabernagiralda — featuring my first wine educator Patrick Alexander and Coral Gables legend Karen Pino
• And closing the season at Coral Gables’ newest steakhouse, Ro Steakhouse @rosteakhouse

Wine & Dine Dames has become a place where every month I get to meet remarkable women, deepen friendships, and introduce my friends (and friends-of-friends) to the very best of our City Beautiful @cityofcoralgables and surrounding area. It’s a joy to organize these evenings, to learn alongside such thoughtful wine educators and culinary professionals, and to experience firsthand the care, hospitality, and intention that define our local dining scene.

I’m constantly inspired by the women who show up — curious, open, and generous — ready to learn, connect, and expand their networks while sharing common values. These dinners remind me how powerful community can be when it’s built with intention.

I feel incredibly blessed to organize these evenings and the incredible support that all of the dames offer particularly @sofi_rromero who builds all of our technical wine sheets.

Thank you to every Dame, restaurateur, and educator who made this season unforgettable. 🥂 can’t wait to see everyone in 2026! Happy Holidays !

Our final dinner of the year brought us to @rosteakhouse RÒ Steakhouse, Coral Gables’ newest culinary gem—where fire, flavor, and elegance come together. We were treated to exceptional hospitality and guided through an exquisite menu by restaurateur Carlos Aguirre, with thoughtful wine pairings expertly presented by Sommelier Juan Ernesto Hernández of Somm Selection. Each course told a story—of craft, intention, and passion.

Grateful for moments like these, for shared plates and shared conversations, and for closing the year on such a high note 🥂
