#keithharing Label on #chateaumoutonrothschild for Teddy's Tuesday. My friends tend to drink Champagne n Burgundy so I rarely drink Bordeaux anymore. I still love it and buy bottles like this for BDX dinners. We bought many BDX Moutons back in the 80s but never had the 88. Keith Haring is one of the most iconic 80s artists and I always wanted a bottle. This is also a great example of Harings work. Many of the Mouton artist labels are not the best example of their work, i.e. Freud. Unless you know Freud's early work, you would never know the Zebra was Freud. MR is not the best of the First Growths but they have the best labels that are different every year. Art and Wine are a #purrfect Pair.

Flashback to last weekend in Santa Barbara at my friend's weekend getaway home. Sensational lineup of champagne and wines. Food was fantastic. The company the Best 💯. We watched the World Cup Saturday night with a delicious Hibachi Binchotan Charcoal dinner. The next day we walked down to the private beach then returned later for a gorgeous Beach BBQ with more great bottles. Thank you Bex, Conrad and family for the wonderful weekend 💗

#mondaymemories the OG Wine Cat Shane who started it all. He naturally posed with Wines and was a marvelous #meowdel He's here with a shipment of wonderful Williams Selyem. Shane was named after the Classic Alan Ladd 🎥. He would follow me everywhere I went. He was my Doppelganger and later I became his when my IG page got popular with him and I changed my handle name to Winecatla since Winecat was already taken. I have so many fond memories of Shane. I loved him so much.

Flashback Friday, to an amazing tasting experience of the 3 new #domperignon releases. Each bottle was poured in a separate room. Beginning with 2017 Dom a beautiful example of P1. Youthful, full of life and vibrance. Next was the P2 08 a magical champagne. So much depth and complexity which will continue to develop over time. This was paired with spectacular Japanese cuisine by @enjapanesebrasserie Carousel Swipe for videos. I just wanted to stay in this room and keep drinking P2 and enjoy the delicious food. On to the last room where we were greeted by mochi pounding. How fun. A Japanese tradition I'm used to seeing during the New Year but was a surprise and a blast to see here. The Mochi was paired with the 2010 Rosé poured by Zoolander looking Male Models. I am not a big fan of 10 champagne, but this Rosé was an exception. Very well balanced, not too sweet, lovely mouth feel. I really enjoyed it. Thank you David and Vivian for a magnificent LVMH Private Client experience.
Now the question is, was this Paris taken in Dom Perignon by @winecatla

Three times this month @electricbleula Yes I love it here. A great local restaurant worth the drive from anywhere. Chef Craig and team make your dining experience sensational. Has a great French Bistro vibe. It was the very end of Dutch White Asparagus Season and we had it all 3 times. Carousel Swipe for all the great dishes. Seasonal items are wonderful on the menu. King Salmon just started and it's fantastic. Morel n Porcini Mushrooms, nectarine water cress salad 😋. We had Quail, Chicken, Rabbit, Steak and Pate. The desserts 🔥. We will be going back often. We had some fabulous bottles for all the dinners.

#caturday with Conan. Friends and Family night at the New Pizzeria Sei location. Chef @pizza_robot_william_joo new restaurant is magnificent. Food was amazing as always. Blue Fin Tuna 🍕 was a special treat. The Tiramisu Parfait was a great experience. I ran into several friends and made a few new ones. I brought Krug 168 in my personalized box 😜 and Dujac Fils & Pere red Burgundy 🍷 swipe. Ready to go back again soon.

Happy #winewednesday🍷 Flashback to the final party at the Meadows home. I will miss drinking and dining with Allen, Erica, Mackenzie n Chris. Maybe in Bourgogne or Neveda next time. These were just some of the bottles at the Party 🎉. So many epic bottles, hard to choose a WOTN. I brought four bottles to share. The Dom 88 was the best of the four. Conan approves.
