Day 2954 - Dinner at Athanor A quieter kind of dinner tonight. Caviar on ice, delicate seafood, a beautifully cooked piece of beef, and dishes that felt precise without becoming complicated. On the wrist, the A. Lange & Söhne 1815 Chronograph in rose gold. The warm case, silver dial and blued hands fit the room perfectly — traditional, elegant, and just technical enough when you look closer. The flyback chronograph is there, but never needs to shout about it. Athanor had the same feeling. Refined ingredients. Clean presentation. Nothing unnecessary. Day 2953 - An Evening at Nokori Bar A casual night at Nokori Bar inside Tetra Hotel Sunnyvale. Started with a glass of bubbles, then worked through hamachi, tuna crispy rice, pasta, burger and a few cocktails along the way. On the wrist, the TAG Heuer Carrera Skipper. The navy dial, mint subdials and flashes of orange give it exactly the right amount of vintage racing character — especially with the perforated rally strap. Nothing too serious tonight.
